With the increasing trend of population aging in China,the number of elderly people will be large in the future.Therefore,China's demand for health care services will continue to grow,but with the continuous development of marketization,Chinese enterprises are facing intense competition at home and abroad.In recent years,the state and local governments have issued policy documents on the promotion,operation and distribution of medicines.The compliance requirements for enterprises' production and operation have become stricter and stricter.Under the circumstances of both opportunities and challenges,enterprises need to adjust strategies and strategies in order to win market share,reputation and profits,and to achieve sustainable development.Sales Department bears the responsibility of marketing performance.The quality of sales directly affects whether the enterprise is profitable and how much profit it makes.Enterprises can not get development without profit,and the performance of salesmen is directly related to the company's sales performance,so it is necessary to study the performance management of salesmen.This paper is to discuss and study the construction of performance management system for salesmen of SDS pharmaceutical company.Firstly,it analyses the current research background and significance,reads and learns the domestic and foreign literature,introduces the research ideas and methods,technical route,and summarizes the innovation and deficiencies.Secondly,it introduces the relevant research theories from five aspects: the concepts of performance,performance management,performance appraisal,performance management system,the principles and processes of enterprise performance management,the main models of enterprise performance management and the methods of enterprise management.This paper introduces the basic situation of SDS company,the problems of salesman's performance management and the main reasons for these problems.Then,SDS Pharmaceutical Company sales staff performance management system construction.This paper introduces the purpose and principle of the construction,the thought of the construction and the scheme of the construction,and formulates the personnel performance management scheme from the following aspects,including improving the link of the performance plan,standardizing the performance evaluation index,etc.Finally,a series of safeguards are set up to ensure the orderly implementation of the new performance management scheme.The main conclusions of this paper include:(1)Concept and relationship between performance management and performance appraisalPerformance management and performance appraisal are closely related.As the most important part of performance management,performance appraisal plays an evaluation role in restraining and standardizing employees' behavior.As a rule,performance appraisal has requirements and regulations for staff appraisal methods,processes and methods,which provides conditions for the development of performance management activities.In addition,performance management and performance appraisal complement each other and play a mutually reinforcing role.A good performance appraisal system can greatly promote the implementation of performance management,and a good management system provides a good environment for performance appraisal.(2)Analysis and Establishment of Performance Management Index SystemThrough questionnaires,understand the understanding of the existing assessment indicators of the sales staff of SDS pharmaceutical company,analyze the questionnaire data,combine the development strategy of the enterprise,employee feedback,establish the reconstruction and optimization of the index system from four aspects: customer indicators,financial indicators,internal operating indicators,growth guarantee indicators.(3)Survey and Analysis of Satisfaction Degree of SDS SalesmenMan is the most important
