The Factors That Affect Chinese Decision And How To Attract Chinese People To Buy Condominium In Chiang Mai,Thailand

Due to the rapid growth of Chinese visitor in Thailand,this makes Chinese market become the big opportunities to all business sectors in Thailand.Since 2010 s,Thailand is one of top destination that Chinese people want to visit.The reasons are the unique culture,tasty food,kind personality of Thai people,and also low cost of expenditure.Not only tourism industry,other industry such as real estate is also growth because of Chinese.Recent news also reported about rising of Chinese investors in condominium in Thailand,mostly Bangkok and the southern part with sea view such as Phuket and Pattaya.Chiang Mai,the author's home town,is one of famous cities that Chinese visited.It's located in the north part of Thailand.It's surrounding with mountains and forests,while it has convenience modern city in the center.So,living in Chiang Mai is like living in the nature while feeling the modernization of the city in the same time.The author thinks that the increase of Chinese travelers may also increase of investors.This research will analyze the behavior of Chinese people in buying condominium in Chiang Mai,Thailand.The study will focus on the investigate of the investment motivation of condominium,the return on investment,the legal restrictions on condominium,the concerns of Chinese people,the views of Thai residents,the government sights to analyze the trend of condominium investment of Chinese people.
