Research On The Improvement Of The Thailand Tourism Industry's Service With Caters To Chinese Tourists

Thailand,a country that is located in tropical area,has Buddhist culture of great antiquity,unique customs,and sunny beaches,and attracts tourists from all over the world.Nowadays Thailand has become one of the most popular destinations for the whole world.Especially for the Chinese tourists,Thailand has become their hottest tourist destination.While there are still many issue to be solved when catering to Chinese tourists.This thesis will first summarize the theories of service quality improvement,by analyzing the satisfaction that Chinese tourists have of the service quality of Tourism in Thailand,it can be found that Thailand is still facing 5 main issues which are Morden service facility,language barriers,traffic condition,scams that target tourists,and safety.Based on the findings above,this essay will expound on how to improve the service facility,the quality of working individuals in tourism industry,traffic conditions and management,the sustainability of Thai tourism,also the the development of human resource in tourism.The findings and conclusions are very helpful to improving the satisfaction that Chinese tourists have of Thai tourism,and helping Thailand to better attract Chinese tourists,and accelerating the sustainability of tourism industry in Thailand.
