Research On The Organization Structure Optimization Of Real Estate Multi Project Management In HZ Company

In recent years,some real estate enterprises develop from a single project experience to multi-project,or construct from a single region to cross district,even from a single product line to expand the product line,regardless of what kind of expansion will allow developers to these small and medium enterprises are facing internal management and project management the need to upgrade to the project and product line management must be from the original extensive management gradually standardized,improved and standardized management,is corresponding to the repeated adjustment of organizational structure and the process of adaptation.This thesis takes the HZ company as a representative of small and medium real estate companies of small and medium-sized real estate developers Some of the major problems faced in the process of proj ect management,then in the understanding of the relevant knowledge management system of the project,discusses the purpose and significance of this resea rch,and this technology introduces the research methods and contents.This thesis firstly analyzed the current development situation of small and medium real estate development enterprises and the main problems existing in the multi project management.The research involves the theoretical basis and research status.Taking the HZ Real Estate Company as an example,this thesis introduces the development course,presen ts situation analysis management mode and organization structure,and the existing problems in multi project management is analyzed using the enterprise survey and in-depth scientific analysis method,puts forward the research problerms to be solved.Then through the analysis of structure of multi project management requirements on the organization structure and the organization's characteristics,AHP(analytic hierarchy process)is use to help enterprises to establish the hierarchical structure model,construct judgment matrix,choose the most suitable organization structure according to their own characteristics;and further help the enterprise according to the enterprise multi project,from the strategic target,organization,process system and division of responsibilities and other aspects,and implement in the organizational structure of a full range of construction.Finally,the limitations and shortcomings of the part of the research are explained.
