Research On The High-quality Supply Of Science And Technology Of China In The New Era

Since the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China has achieved rapid development of science and technology.However,there are still many gaps compared with the requirements of the 19 th National Congress that “innovation is the first driving force for development”,and the developed and innovative countries Facing the new requirements of scientific and technological innovation and development in the new era and the strategic goal of building an innovative country and a world science and technology power,we need a new theoretical perspective for analysis,that is to say,in the context of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,we need to solve the problems of the process of scientific and technological development from the perspective of technology supply.Focusing on the goal of“enhancing technology supply capacity and providing high-quality scientific and technological innovation supply” will help and support the realization of national innovation strategy.At present,China's science and technology supply has structural contradictions of low-end oversupply and high-end supply shortage.In order to crack the structural contradiction of science and technology supply and solve the problems of the supply of science and technology in China,this paper proposes to promote the three sources of supply,process supply and output supply and at the same time continue to optimize resource supply,institutional supply and service supply to improve the quality and efficiency of technology supply.
