The Green Development Efficiency And Influencing Factors Research Of Urban Agglomeration

In recent years,with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,the contradiction between society,economy and environment has become more prominent.The pressure of social and economic development on the environment is increasing,and the development of traditional “first pollution,post-governance” The model is no longer suitable for today's society,and environmental issues have become an important factor constraining economic growth and healthy development of society.In this context,the concept of green development came into being.Green development emphasizes the coordinated development of society,economy and environment.It emphasizes that while maintaining sustained and steady economic growth,it strengthens environmental protection,resource recycling and rational allocation of elements to achieve green Maximize development efficiency.At present,China's green development efficiency is high in the east and west,and low in the middle.It is especially important to study the low efficiency of green development in the central cities.Zhongyuan urban agglomeration is centrally located,which is an important support for the rise of the central region.The rise of the region and the reference of other regions are of great significance.This paper takes Zhongyuan urban agglomeration as the research object,first establishes the green development efficiency input-output evaluation index system with undesired output,and then uses Super-SBM to static time for the regional green development efficiency of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration 29 cities in 2006-2016.,spatial and redundancy analysis,dynamic analysis of green development efficiency using Malmquist index,and finally constructing Tobit regression model to empirically analyze other influencing factors of green development efficiency,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)2006-2016 period The overall development efficiency of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration has little fluctuation,and the development is at a medium level.However,the green development efficiency of each city is quite different.The natural resource input and the high environmental pollutant output are the main reasons for the low efficiency of the green development of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration..Through the Malmquist index decomposition,technological progress is the driving force behind the improvement of green development efficiency.(2)Through Tobit regression analysis,it is found that the influence degree of the seven influencing factors on the green development efficiency of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration is quite different: 1 The dependence of foreign trade,population density and green development efficiency are obviously positively correlated;2 Economic development level,urbanization There is a significant negative correlation between the level and the green development efficiency;3 industrial structure,foreign investment dependence,green coverage rate of the built-up area and green development efficiency are negatively correlated,but the degree of impact is not significant.Based on the above research conclusions,from the six specific aspects of enhancing coordination ability,attaching importance to resources and environment,optimizing industrial structure,building new urbanization and upgrading the open pattern,the paper proposes to optimize the optimization of the green development efficiency of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration.
