Study On The Effect Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Qinba Mountain Area Of Gansu Province

At present,China's economic and social development has entered the stage of building moderately prosperous society,while precision poverty alleviation,poverty eradication is an important content and key to fully build a well-off society,to achieve poverty among the rural poor,and to change the face of poverty and backwardness in poor areas.In recent years,the state has paid more attention to poverty alleviation,and the effect of precision poverty alleviation in China is obvious to all.However,in the poor west of the concentrated special hardship area,the foundation is thin,the base is poor,the urban and rural development imbalance problem is still very prominent.The problem of poverty in the special hardship area of the western region can not be solved effectively,not only to realize the grand goal of fully building a well-off society,but also to affect the further modernization of our country and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,so it is the most arduous and onerous task to build a well-off society in the western region.A case study of 501 households in 20 villages in 3 counties of Qinba Mountain area,Gansu Province,this paper collates and analyzes the relevant theories and achievements of poverty,anti-poverty and poverty alleviation research at home and abroad by using research methods such as investigation and empirical analysis.Through data access and field investigation,the situation of poverty and the effect of policy implementation in the research area are deeply understood,and thirdly,using the questionnaire data,the DID model is used to systematically analyze the income changes of poor and non-poor households before and after precision poverty alleviation.Furthermore,the effect of the implementation of precision poverty alleviation policy in Qinba Mountain area of Gansu Province is interpretation,and the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of precision poverty alleviation policy are found.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,the paper puts forward some targeted measures for the next step of poverty alleviation and poverty eradication.Through investigation and empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Through the specific investigation and Analysis:(1)Gansu Province Qinba Mountain Area poverty range is wide,poor population,poverty level is deep,rural basic conditions are poor,poverty eradication population is easy to return to poverty;(2)with the implementation of precision poverty alleviation policy,the income of poor households in the area has increased significantly Three guarantees have been implemented and the living environment of farmers has been greatly improved.2.Through the DID model analysis of the effect of precise poverty allevia tion in Qinba Mountain area,Gansu Province:(1)After the implementation of the precise poverty alleviation policy,the income of pure agricultural income a nd policy subsidy of poor households increased significantly,but the effect of non-agricultural income growth was not obvious;(2)When the control variable s were introduced,it was found that: The variables of tree grassland quantity,household fixed asset value,head of household culture,household land area pe r capital and housing area have significant positive or negative effects on farm ers ' income.Generally speaking,the implementation effect of precision poverty alleviation policy measures is obvious,the poverty alleviation policy measures enjoyed by poor households have a great effect on their income growth,and t heir own productive and living ability has been significantly improved after rec eiving help.
