Study On Poverty Alleviation Based On Ecotourism In Qinba Mountain Area

There are many literatures on tourism poverty alleviation at home and abroad,but few on ecotourism poverty alleviation.Compared with mass tourism,ecotourism not only has general tourism function,but also has environmental protection function,community development function and ecological education function.This shows that,on the one hand,community poverty alleviation is an inherent obligation and an important task of ecotourism.On the other hand,ecotourism poverty alleviation is more scientific and advanced than general tourism poverty alleviation.Guided by the world's modern theory of eco-tourism poverty alleviation,this thesis studies the development of tourism poverty alleviation in Qinba Mountains in order to obtain the greatest theoretical research and practical guidance.Qinba Mountainous Area is not only a concentrated poverty area of China,but also a national ecotourism resource enrichment area.It is also a restricted and prohibited development zone and an important ecological barrier in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.It not only plays the role of a natural ecological protection zone,but also bears the burden of getting rid of poverty and achieving a comprehensive well-off.How to choose the development road that can give full play to the advantages of local resources and bring comprehensive benefits of economy,society and ecology in Qinba Mountainous Area,which means how to find the road and development model for tourism poverty alleviation and sustainable development in Qinba Mountainous Area is of great significance.The broad-based Qinba Mountainous area involves the mountainous areas at the junction of Sichuan,Shaanxi,Gansu,Chongqing,Henan,and Hubei provinces.The thesis focuses on the Sichuan area in the Qinba Mountainous area(involving Guangyuan,Bazhong,Dazhou,Nanchong,Guang'an,etc.).Firstly,the thesis sorts out the current situation and progress of ecotourism poverty alleviation at home and abroad,analyzes the problems and challenges of tourism poverty alleviation in Qinba Mountainous Area,and closely relies on the characteristics of the Qinba Mountainous Area as an ecotourism resource enrichment area and the characteristics of the country's concentrated poverty area.Guided by the theory of ecotourism poverty alleviation,combined with the theory and methods of mountain economic development and sustainable development theory,the thesis analyzes the poverty situation,the causes of poverty and the regional development process in Qinba Mountainous Area,and determines the best way to promote poverty alleviation in Qinba Mountainous Area is to develop ecotourism.On this basis,through the analysis of tourism poverty alleviation basic conditions and poverty alleviation development environment,combined with the strategy and goals of ecotourism poverty alleviation in Qinba Mountainous Area,the thesis puts forward three kinds of tourism poverty alleviation development paths: scenic-driven,rural tourism and tourism commodity.Finally,the thesis takes Nanjiang County,which is the most representative and typical,owning the most enriched ecotourism resources and having a good prospect of ecotourism,as an example to analyze the ideas and models of poverty alleviation based on ecotourism in different functional areas of Nanjiang County(including towns,villages,ecological functional areas).And The Nanjiang County ecotourism poverty alleviation benefit protection,fund guarantee,policy guarantee and talent guarantee mechanism were studied.
