Regional Advantages And Willingness Analysis Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Planting In Hebei Province

With the promotion of "Healthy China" to the national strategy,China’s traditional Chinese medicine industry has developed rapidly.As the foundation of the traditional Chinese medicine industry,the traditional Chinese medicine industry has ushered in the favorable timing,favorable geographical position,favorable human conditions and rare historical opportunities.Hebei province is located in the core of north China,surrounded by Beijing and tianjin.It has a variety of terrain types,such as mountainous,mid-level,hilly and plain.The terrain conditions are suitable for the growth and cultivation of traditional Chinese medicinal materials.In this paper,the planting industry of traditional Chinese medicinal materials in hebei province was taken as the research object.Through the comprehensive comparative advantage index and coefficient of resources endowment,a more comprehensive analysis of the traditional Chinese medicine in hebei province comprehensive comparative advantage in production and resource endowment difference,at the same time using Logistic regression model,and analyzed the influence factors of Chinese herbal medicine planting has been clear about the can improve the influence factors of Chinese medicinal materials planting farmers enthusiasm,to promote Chinese herbal medicine planting industry development in hebei province to provide some reference opinions and Suggestions.The research results are as follows:(1)the planting status of traditional Chinese medicine in hebei province was clarifiedThe planting area and yield of traditional Chinese medicinal materials in hebei province are on the rise.In 2017,the planting area and yield of traditional Chinese medicinal materials in hebei province were 155,300 hm2 and 776,000 t,respectively 125% and 82% higher than the previous year,with a significant increase.The output value of Chinese medicinal materials also increased significantly in the past decade,reaching 13.4 billion yuan in 2017,up 71% from the previous year,and accounting for 1.5% of the total agricultural output value.Compared with the national average,the comprehensive comparative advantage index of traditional Chinese medicinal materials planting in hebei province from 2008 to 2017 was 1.87,with a certain comprehensive comparative advantage,and the average resource endowment index was 0.76,lacking of resource endowment advantage.In 10 years,although hebei province has comprehensive comparative advantage,it still has obvious gap with other provinces.(2)hebei province is rich in traditional Chinese medicine resources and various typesHebei province has 1442 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine resources,famous for more than 20 kinds of genuine medicinal materials,the planting area of traditional Chinese medicine in hebei province is the top ten species are baicalaria,yam,honeysuckle,bupleurum,wolfberry,jujube,astragalus,forsythia,platycodon,anemarrhenae and sophora flavescens.Compared with the whole province,the ranking of the comprehensive comparative advantage index of the main cultivated varieties is shown as follows: yam > jujube >,scutellaria baicalensis >,astragalus membranaceus >,honeysuckle >,medlar >,bupleurum bupleurum.(3)traditional Chinese medicinal materials in hebei province are planted all over the province,and mountain traditional Chinese medicinal materials occupy an important position in hebei provinceIn 2017,the planting area of divided cities was ranked as follows: chengde >,xingtai >,baoding >,zhangjiakou >,shijiazhuang >,handan >,qinhuangdao >,hengshui >,tangshan >,cangzhou >,langfang;The regional total production ranking is: baoding >,chengde >,xingtai >,shijiazhuang >,handan >,qinhuangdao >,zhangjiakou >,hengshui >,cangzhou >,tangshan >,langfang.Hebei province 7 cities in chengde and shijiazhuang city have comprehensive comparative advantages.In 2017,the planting scale of traditional Chinese medicinal materials in mountainous areas of hebei province reached 40,800 hm2.In recent 10 years,the planting area of traditional Chinese medicinal materials in mountainous areas of hebei province also increased continuously,from 43% in 2008 to 59.1% in 2017,accounting for a large proportion in the whole province.Among the large counties planting Chinese medicinal materials over 10,000 mu,there are 26 belonging to the mountain area,accounting for 59.1% of the total.Among the 9 large counties planting Chinese medicinal materials over 100,000 mu,there are 7,mainly including longhua county,luanping county,xingtai county,weichang county and neiqiu county.(4)the influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine cultivation in hebei province were clarifiedThe significant influencing factors affecting the planting of traditional Chinese medicinal materials by farmers in hebei province were yield per mu,government policy support,level of yield per unit area,and use of labor cost.The regression coefficients were 0.713,0.412,0.522 and-0.331,respectively.The yield per mu,government policy support and yield per unit area have a positive influence on the planting of Chinese medicinal materials,the yield per mu is a very significant factor,and the labor cost has a negative influence on the planting of Chinese medicinal materials.To sum up,through the analysis of current situation of Chinese herbal medicine planting in hebei province,in this paper,the regional comparative advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in hebei system is analyzed,and the yield level of Logistic regression analysis is the main influence factors of Chinese herbal medicine planting,the development of Chinese herbal medicine planting industry in hebei province put forward the reasonable increase the Chinese herbal medicine planting area,realize the industrialization of Chinese herbal medicine planting and scale,improve the production efficiency,speed up the standardization of the Chinese herbal medicine planting production,strengthen government support,improve the enthusiasm of farmers planting Chinese herbal medicine,Chinese herbal medicine resources development and protection countermeasures,such asIn order to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine in hebei province.
