Research On The Influencing Factors And Improvement Path Of The Development Capability Of The Big Data Industry

With the continuous development and utilization of data resources,big data industry emerges as a new industry.Nowadays,the development of big data industry has become the core theme of deepening the development of information.China has also taken the development of big data industry as an important strategic layout to enhance its comprehensive national strength.Throughout the country,most of the big data industry clusters are located in areas with strong economic strength and good industrial foundation,while Guizhou Province has relatively weak industrial foundation,and its development capacity of the big data industry is increasing.What factors affect the development of big data industry,and what factors affect the development ability of big data industry? At present,the development capacity of most industries in different regions is constantly changing.In view of the differences in the industrial development basis,resource status and scientific research conditions in different regions,it is essential to find the core elements in the development of big data industry and match the path of improving the ability suitable for its own development to promote the development of big data industry.In this paper we select 31 provinces and autonomous regions in mainland China as case samples.Based on the framework theory and matching logic,starting from the three dimensions of industrial development foundation,inf ormation resources development and utilization,and technological innovation ability,we adopt the method of time difference qualitative comparative analysis(tsQCA)to overcome the traditional research method which emphasizes the influence of single facto r and lacks systematic thinking on the development ability of large data industry.Neglecting the complexity of causality of social phenomena and the defects of multiple concurrent conditions,this paper explores the combination of factors affecting the de velopment ability of big data industry and the antecedent condition configuration with the same result of different paths;secondly,it studies the mechanism of the change of factors and their interaction to enhance the development ability of big data indu stry,and summarizes the core of enhancing the development ability of big data industry.Psychological factors and development path.The results are as follows:(1)The dynamic change of the three-dimensional elements form seven combination conditions,whi ch constitute the sufficient conditions for the development of big data industry.(2)There are three big data industry development capability enhancement paths.Their core conditions are enhance the development and utilization of resources and promot e two integration level,promote innovation and development of R&D teams,increase R&D expenditure and promote innovation.(3)Areas with low level of economic development can improve the capacity of large data industry by improving the level of resource development and utilization and the level of two integration s.The areas with low level of information development can improve the development ability of large data industry by increasing the investment intensity of R&D and increasing the number of patent R&D;the third industry is on the low side and the low level of information consumption areas can enhance the development capacity of large data industry by strengthening the introduction and cultivation of talents and vigorously promoting innovation.
