With the gradual emphasis on water ecological restoration and water environment treatment in the national policy,the municipal water supply and drainage industry has ushered in a booming market.The Municipal Branch of the WN Design Institute has deepened the market in the Central China region,and the business market has broad prospects for development.However,due to the imperfect construction of the talent echelon,the development of the talent echelon cannot keep up with the development rate of the business market.In order to realize the transformation of the strategic market into the field of water environment treatment and maintain the high-quality and efficient development of Municipal Branch of the WN Design Institute,it is extremely urgent to improve the construction of talent echelon.This paper takes the Municipal Branch of WN Design Institute as the research object.Through the research on the domestic literature on talent review and talent echelon construction and the successful cases,the idea of talent echelon construction is determined: analysis of the current situation,find out the reasons To carry out the talent inventory,and finally to improve the talent selection,training and assessment mechanism for the talent echelon construction,providing a theoretical basis for the study.According to the guidance of the construction of talent echelon,we first analyze the current situation of the talent echelon and the existing problems,and find out the following problems: the lack of strategic construction of talent echelon,the lack of recognition of key talents,the unsmooth channels for talent construction,and talents The initiative of development is not strong.The reason for these problems is that the municipal branch has not established a talent review mechanism,and it is impossible to scientifically and effectively identify,evaluate and train key candidates.After finding the problems and causes,we will implement targeted internal selection,external hiring,talent training and development,and talent incentives and eliminations to improve the talent echelon construction,supplement the talent gap,and keep the progress of talent development.The speed of development.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text and points out that the municipal branch should improve the talent echelon construction by establishing a sound talent review mechanism to achieve the strategic goal of developing new performance growth points.
