With the growth of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,tourism has become the rigid demand and a way of life of the masses,and has gradually become the core of the "happy life".Among them,industrial tourism attracts lots of tourists by virtue of its unique tourism resources.Gejiu City is honored as the World's Capital of Tin,with the development history of Tin industry for more than 2000 years.It is a well-known metallurgical industry city in China.In recent years,Gejiu achieves great effect in expand the tourism market around the Tin culture.However,the development of Gejiu's industrial tourism is limited greatly for the idea of tourism market expand and Tin-based industrial tourism having not come up with marketing strategy that suited for itself development.This paper makes a special study on the industrial tourism of Gejiu City,the world's Capital of Tin.Through the study of the marketing theory of industrial tourism in domestic and abroad to analyze the present development situation and existing problems of the industrial tourism development in Gejiu City with the utilization of the 4p theory of marketing.Analyze from the advantages,disadvantages,chance and threaten of marketing environment with the utilization of SWOT Analysis Method,combine the 4P+4C theory with the past industrial tourism marketing strategy and new concept of industrial tourism emerged in recent years,through the use of the research methods of document analyze method,empirical method,individual cases method,etc.the paper come up with the suggestion of 4P+4C optimizing strategy.Through the research of the present marketing situation and future development of industrial tourism in Gejiu City,the paper hopes to contribute a lot in the development of industrial tourism in Gejiu City.Meanwhile,the paper will also provide reference and help for tourism development of other similar county-level cities.
