Research On The Impact Of Destination Country's System Quality On My Country's Export Trade

With the rapid development of economic globalization in recent years,China has achieved a historic breakthrough in the speed,scale and structure of export trade,and its proportion in the total global export trade is also increasing.In 2012,China became the world's largest trading country.According to the statistical analysis of export trade,it can be seen that China's exports to countries and regions with high system quality are relatively high,and exports to countries and regions with low system quality are relatively low.The quality of the system has a very important impact on the export trade of a country.Under this background,the specific degree and deep-seated reasons for the influence of the quality of the system of destination countries on China's export trade are explored,which provides countermeasures for Chinese enterprises to expand their foreign trade markets.Improving the problems of China's export trade is of great significance.There are many factors affecting the distribution of export trade locations,and the quality of the system is one of the most important factors.However,at present,most of the research on China's export trade stays in the status quo,characteristics,irrationalities and countermeasures of trade.The influence of institutional quality on export trade only describes its geographical distribution,and the mechanism and impact of its influence.There are few relevant literatures on the differences in the impact of institutional quality.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the deep-rooted reasons and influence degree of institutional quality on China's export trade.Firstly,it analyzes the status quo,characteristics and institutional quality of China's export trade.Secondly,from the perspective of system,the system quality is embedded into the traditional trade gravity model,and the panel data of China and 34 trading partners in 2007-2017 are used for empirical analysis to explore the influence of different system quality on China's export trade.The empirical results show that:(1)China's export trade volume has a positive correlation with the economic level of itself and the destination country,whether it uses the same language,and whether the two countries are bordered,and has a negative correlation with the geographical distance between the two parties.(2)The quality of the host country's system is positively related to China's export trade.The higher the system quality level,the greater the attraction to China's exports.(3)The influence of different institutional systems on China's export trade is different.The analysis of the seven secondary indicators of political system quality shows that the higher government efficiency,government cleanliness and corruption control can effectively promote China's exports.trading.According to the analysis of the quality of economic system,the increase of China's export trade mainly depends on the currency freedom of trade partners,trade freedom,and financial freedom.At the quality level of the legal system,the improvement of the rule of law has a greater impact on China's export trade.(4)The overall regression results show that China's export trade volume is most affected by the quality of the economic system of the destination country,the influence of the quality of the political system is second,and the quality of the legal system is the least.By constructing an extended gravity model and selecting appropriate variables,the paper analyzes the economic system quality,political system quality,legal system quality and overall system quality to explore the influence of the quality of the system of destination countries on China's export trade.The difference between them will provide reasonable suggestions for Chinese enterprises to expand their foreign trade market in the future.In order to enable Chinese enterprises to better choose their trading partners in the future,they can make up for their lower international status and lower competitiveness level,and maximize their distance advantage,wage advantage and exchange rate advantage.
