| China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and has been made major achievements in economic construction.Under the new situation,the economic subject should carry out the new development conception,correct the concept of development,change the way of development,and continuously improve the quality and benefit of economy.As the engine of economic development,the problem of enterprise development will continue to escalate.In recent years,there have been some undesirable disturbances among the employees of enterprises,such as the emergence of negative behaviors of different kinds,degrees and manifestations,which not only restrict the employees’ own progress,but also hinder the development of enterprises.Damage to the interests of the enterprise and the reputation of the enterprise,even caused a very serious Social problems.Therefore,the moral attributes of organizational citizenship behavior and moral leadership in line with the construction of moral culture have received widespread attention.This paper reviews the relevant literature on ethical leadership and organizational citizenship behavior at home and abroad,makes a systematic summary of relevant theories and contents.This paper introduces the research status of moral leadership and organizational citizenship behavior at home and abroad in theory,performance,influence and other fields.This paper also emphasizes the four main manifestations of organizational citizenship behavior: altruism,organizational identity,professionalism and psychological security.It discusses organizational citizenship behavior to promote organizational performance and promote enterprise holding.The positive role of continued growth.It deeply explores the moral characteristics of leaders: altruistic motivation,fairness and justice,demonstration of example,collective psychological ownership,and illustrates the unique ways of moral leadership: two-way communication,consolidation and strengthening,and decision-making.Starting from the connotation and expression of moral leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.This paper reveals four ways for moral leadership to play an intermediary role through intermediate variables to promote employee organizational citizenship behavior: moral leadership altruistic motivation promotes employee altruism,moral leadership fairness and justice enhance employee organizational identity.Moral leadership demonstration awakens employee professionalism and moral leadership collective psychology ownership protects the psychological safety of employees.Among them,organizational commitment,organizational ethical atmosphere,employee engagement and psychological contract play an intermediary role in the four paths.According to the path of moral leadership to promote employee organizational citizenship behavior,this paper puts forward the feasible countermeasures to strengthen the construction of corporate leadership ethics and promote organizational citizenship behavior: to make clear the goal of enterprise leadership moral construction and to strengthen the ideological and political education of e nterprise leaders.To realize the normalization of the moral construction of the enterprise leaders,to build the enterprise culture with emphasis on Germany,and to further improve the moral level of the enterprise leaders;Strengthen the exemplary and leading role of enterprise leaders,create organizational citizenship behavior transmission mechanism,and improve organizational citizenship.The cooperative mechanism of behavior can strengthen the transmission of organizational citizenship behavior by mora l leadership,so as to give full play to the role of moral leadership in promoting organizational citizenship behavior of employees. |
