Study On The Precise Anti-poverty Countermeasures In Zhanjiang City,Guangdong Province

The problem of poverty has always been a major problem in our country and even in the international arena.Since the reform and opening up,our country has been working to eliminate the poor people in our country and has committed itself to achieving a comfortable life in all respects by 2020.However,poverty in our country remains the greatest obstacle to our achievement of this goal.As one of the best developed provinces in China,Guangdong Province still has a large number of poor population,especially Zhanjiang City,located in the South West of Guangdong Province,which is still very poor.Therefore,it is of great significance for Zhanjiang City to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects by accelerating the work of precision poverty alleviation.Based on the theory of the causes of poverty,the theory of poverty management and the theory of microloan,this paper analyzes the present situation and some problems of accurate poverty alleviation in Zhanjiang City,Guangdong Province,and puts forward some suggestions on the basis of the experience of other regions,With a view to providing reference for Zhanjiang City to fight poverty alleviation.There are seven chapters in this paper: The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly expounds the background and significance of the research,summarizes and combs the current situation research at home and abroad,and introduces the research methods,feasibility and innovation of this paper.The second chapter defines the concept of precision poverty alleviation and the theoretical basis,mainly to the concept of poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation and related theories to do some simple introduction;The third chapter is the situation of accurate poverty alleviation in Zhanjiang City,Guangdong Province.It mainly makes some studies and introductions on the distribution of the poor population in Zhanjiang City and the implementation of precise poverty alleviation,as well as some demonstrations of the poverty alleviation results in Zhanjiang City.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the main problems and causes of precision poverty alleviation in Zhanjiang City,Guangdong Province,mainly analysis and introduct of some problems and causes of precision poverty alleviation in Zhanjiang City.Zhanjiang City still has seven aspects such as insufficient implementation of the responsibility for helping the poor,inaccurate identification,incomplete implementation ofthe "three guarantees" policy,slow progress in industrial assistance,slow follow-up on the use of funds,mental poverty among the people,and lagging behind in the construction of beautiful villages at present;The fifth chapter introduces the experience of precision poverty alleviation in other parts of the country,mainly the introduction of relatively good places and projects for precision poverty alleviation in China,and summarizes and draws lessons from its successful experiences.Among them are e-business poverty alleviation,photovoltaic poverty alleviation,and "Golden Chicken Help" projects;The sixth chapter is the suggestion of precise poverty alleviation in zhanjiang city,Guangdong province.Based on the above research,the author puts forward the general goal,basic principles and policy measures of precise poverty alleviation in zhanjiang city,Guangdong province.The last chapter is the research conclusion and prospect of the paper.
