Research On Optimization Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Path In Zhoulaozui Town,Jianli County

Poverty is widespread on a global scale,and poverty eradication is the unshakable goal of the human world.As the largest developing country in China,China has been carrying out the great struggle to eradicate poverty for 70 years.More than 700 million poor people have escaped from absolute poverty and contributed 72% to the world.At present,China is in the critical period of precision poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation.It is less than two years since the establishment of a well-off society in an all-round way.It is very difficult to achieve the goal of completely eliminating absolute poverty on time.Accurate poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation have become the focus of attention from all walks of life.Realistic meaning.This paper adopts the literature analysis method,briefly describes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on poverty and anti-poverty,focuses on Marx's theory of poverty alleviation,the theory of empowering anti-poverty,the theory of anti-poverty of human capital,and sorts out these three theories about poverty sources and anti-poverty.The perspective of the pathway explores the practical guiding significance of these theories.It focuses on the proposal,scientific connotation and core essence of precision poverty alleviation in China,and provides basic compliance for this research.Accurate poverty alleviation encountered some problems in practice.This paper takes ZhouLaozui Town of JianlLi County as an example to analyze the progress and practice dilemma of precision poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas from the township level,and tries to provide a new perspective for precision poverty alleviation research.Through field investigation and data analysis,it reveals the three predicaments in ZhouLaozui Town's poverty alleviation.By referring to relevant theories and combining with ZhouLao Town's reality,this paper analyzes the four aspects of agricultural development level,human capital situation of poor households,enjoyment of rights status of poor households and precise poverty alleviation mechanism,and explores the deep-rooted reasons for the precise assistance of poverty.Finally,try to promote the development of agricultural modernization,increase human capital investment,promote equal rights,and innovate the working system and mechanism to propose an optimization path,so as to guide ZhouLaozui Town to overcome the problem of poverty alleviation and continuously improve the quality of precision poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation.
