Research On Logistics Construction And Promotion Strategy Of Logistics Enterprise

The domestic logistics enterprises have developed rapidly.Many logistics enterprises pay more attention to the core value of the efficient operation and integration of the supply chain.However,the logistics enterprises have been limited to the field of product and marketing.The logistics enterprises have not promoted the efficient integration of logistics to the strategic height of the development of the enterprises,thus forming a far greater attention to the integration of the supply chain.It is far from enough.Therefore,to further meet the needs of customers,improve the construction capacity of logistics enterprises,study and explore the construction and innovation of the logistics field has a very important practical role and far-reaching significance for development.In this paper,the logistics construction and promotion strategy of A logistics enterprises are studied.First,the related theories of logistics construction and promotion are introduced,and the analysis of the company status of the A logistics enterprises and the status analysis of the logistics enterprises are carried out again.In view of the characteristics of the logistics construction of the A logistics enterprises,the analytic hierarchy process is adopted and the fuzziness is used.Comprehensive analysis method identifies the evaluation index of enterprise logistics construction,establishes evaluation model,and then carries out comprehensive evaluation.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis of logistics construction,it puts forward the problems and solutions of A logistics enterprise logistics construction.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: A logistics construction is between excellent and good,closer to the good level,which is also in line with the actual state of the enterprise.Aiming at the problems of enterprise logistics platform system,logistics function system,logistics network system,logistics structure system and so on,we can optimize the logistics platform system by strengthening the integration of resources,improve the quality of personnel,strengthen the degree of protection,improve the terminal network system with the advantage of the Internet platform,and adopt the active logistics cost countermeasures.To achieve the goal of achieving customer experience;enhance support;pay attention to intelligent equipment development,technological innovation and rich structural system to improve.Starting from the current situation of enterprise logistics,this paper discusses the current situation of A enterprise logistics construction,and introduces the fuzzy evaluation model to the preliminary quantitative evaluation of the current situation of A construction and the analysis of the problem countermeasures.The results of this study are helpful for the traditional enterprises to provide some reference for the planning of logistics construction,the direction for the reform of the A logistics company,the continuous improvement of the logistics company,and the reference to the counterparts in the industry and the Department of the industry.
