| Joseph Schumpeter,the economist firstly proposed the term of "Innovation" in his "Economic Development Theory"(1990),setting a precedent for Innovation Theory research.With the progress and development of social economy,Innovation Theory has been gradually accumulated and became perfect,experiencing the stage of Enterprise Innovation System and the stage of National Innovation System.In the 1990 s,as the development and continuation of the National Innovation System Theory,some scholars proposed the Regional Innovation System Theory,as an important part of the National Innovation System gradually gained the scholars' attention.As a development of the National Innovation System,the Regional Innovation System has provided new research directions for how innovation promotes national and regional economic development.Many management researchers have identified the Regional Innovation System as a new research area,and Regional Innovation Efficiency,the most important quantitative research in systematic research has gradually become the focus of that research.The research of Regional Innovation Efficiency,as the core content of the research on Regional Innovation System,has become one of the most popular topics in the innovation management research literature.Regional Innovation is a complex and dynamic system with multi-factor inputs and multivariate outputs.The transformation of input-output efficiency runs through the entire process of technological innovation.However,Regional Innovation Efficiency as an important concept is used to measure the efficiency of a region in the input of certain factors by measuring its output.As an important quantitative indicator for measuring regional innovation capacity,through research and analysis of Regional Innovation Efficiency,not only it helps improve Regional Innovation Efficiency,saves the consumption of innovation factors,or increases innovation performance,but also it can compare the differences in innovation efficiency in different regions,thus analyzing the regional economic differences caused by differences in innovation efficiency.In the process of regional development,the continuous evolution of the regional industrial structure influences and improves the development of the regional economy from different levels.The industrial structure changes mainly in two major aspects of industry specialization and diversification,and plays an important role in regional economic development.Industrial Agglomeration can continuously promote the division of labor of related industries through the external economy,thereby increasing labor productivity and gaining knowledge spillover effects.The external economy formed by Industrial Agglomeration plays an important role in promoting industrial innovation and economic growth,which is a broad consensus in academia.The activity of Regional Innovation is influenced by many complex factors,Industrial Agglomeration is the main driving force for promoting regional innovation by the perspective of agglomeration economies and externalities aspect.However,the sources of externalities that affect the Regional Innovation through different modes of Industrial Agglomeration can be divided into two types: one is "MAR Externality",that is,Industrial Specialization helps Regional Innovation,knowledge spillover in the same industry and monopoly market structure.The second is "Jacobs Externality",that is,Industrial Diversity Agglomeration is conducive to regional innovation.The agglomeration of enterprises in different industries can create a diversified environment,which is conducive to the exchange and collision of new knowledge of enterprises.With the in-depth study of many scholars,the influence of Industrial Agglomeration on Regional Innovation is particularly important,Specialized Agglomeration or Diversified Agglomeration is more conducive to Regional Innovation has become an important research topic.This study is based on summarizing domestic and foreign literatures and theories about Regional Innovation Efficiency,combining research content and goals,summarizing and analyzing the Innovation Efficiency Model of the whole process of innovation firstly,and presenting a research model through theoretical analysis.Then the indicators and methods are used to calculate the efficiency of the two stages,and based on the model of designing related variables and collecting relevant data.The method of empirical analysis is used to analyze the efficiency of Industrial Specialization and Diversity Agglomeration on the two stages of Regional Innovation.The impact mainly leads to the following conclusions: Specialized Agglomeration of Regional Innovation Systems,the hard environment and the soft environment for innovation all have a significant positive effect on the efficiency in the transformation stage of scientific and technological achievements,while Diversified Agglomeration has a negative effect on the Innovation Efficiency of in the transformation stage of scientific and technological achievements.The influence of Specialized Agglomeration and innovation soft environment has a negative effect on the efficiency in the stage of economic benefit transformation in Regional Innovation System;Diversified Agglomeration and innovation hard environment have a significant positive effect on Regional Innovation Efficiency in the stage of economic benefit transformation.The research content of this article perfects the previous research on the mechanism of Regional Innovation Efficiency,reveals the influence factors of the various stages of innovation in technological innovation performance,deeps the research of Regional Innovation Efficiency while enriching relevant theories.At the same time,it can help the region to improve its practice in improving Regional Innovation Efficiency to a certain extent,and provide useful inspiration for the transformation of innovation results in various regions. |
