The Impact Of Productive Service Industry Agglomeration On Regional Innovation Output

With the development trend of economic globalization becoming more and more obvious,the world has entered the era of deepening the information technology revolution.At this stage,China,s productive service industry has developed rapidly,plus the promotion of the national service-driven model.The producer service industry has shown a clear agglomeration phenomenon across the country,which has promoted the improvement of regional innovation output level to a certain extent,and the regional economic transformation and upgrading.It has reached a certain boosting effect.At present,domestic and foreign scholars are focusing on the impact of the agglomeration of productive service industry and economic efficiency when researching the agglomeration of productive service industry,or focusing on the impact of agglomeration of productive service industry and regional innovation output in a certain province.Especially in the latter study,The empirical results show some contradictions:some studies show that the agglomeration of producer services has a positive correlation effect on regional innovation output,whereas some studies show a negative correlation.Therefore,this paper selects the research on the impact of producer service industry agglomeration on regional innovation output,and takes the three major urban agglomerations as an example to understand the impact of the agglomeration of productive service industry on regional innovation output and whether the effects are the same among three major urban agglomerations.This paper uses a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Through the basic concept definition of the research object and the simple analysis of the basic theories of economics involved,the article has carried out the relationship between the agglomeration of productive service industry and regional innovation output from the perspectives of specialized agglomeration and diversified agglomeration.It is believed that the gathering of producer service industry has obvious agglomeration effect,which is conducive to knowledge spillover and promote the improvement of regional innovation output.However,under the influence of crowding out effect,excessive concentration of innovation resources may inhibit the innovation output level.Based on the national average impact effect,the paper establishes panel data by conducting research on 53 prefecture-level cities in China's Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration.This paper separately performs single explanatory variable regression(specialized agglomeration and diversified agglomeration separately regression)and double explanatory variable regression(specialized agglomeration and diversified agglomeration).The study found that the agglomeration of producer services across the country has a significant positive correlation effect on regional innovation output,and the relationship between producer service industry agglomeration and regional innovation output among the three major urban agglomerations is different,whether it is univariate or bivariate.In terms of the role of specialized agglomeration of producer services,the agglomerations of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Pearl River Delta are significantly positively correlated to their regional innovation output,while the agglomerations of the Yangtze River Delta are significantly negatively correlated to regional innovation output.In terms of the role of agglomeration in regional innovation output,the three major urban agglomerations are significantly positively correlated.Quantitative measurement analysis of the impact of agglomeration and diversification on regional innovation output,found that agglomeration of productive service industry has a significant impact on regional innovation output,production service industry agglomeration and regional innovation among the three major urban agglomerations The relationship of output varies.In terms of the degree of influence,the regression results of the two agglomeration methods are consistent.The influence coefficient of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is the largest,and the influence coefficient of the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration is the smallest.
