| In this paper,the integrated application of literature and case study,based on theoretical analysis,analyzes the wave of mergers and acquisitions,scientific combing the development policy on cross-border mergers and acquisitions,will be the object of study aimed at the government's policy of transnational m & a,studied the influences in the implementation of transnational merger and acquisition,especially the shortage of the current policy in this field in our country are analyzed,as well as the influence of Chinese enterprises transnational mergers and acquisitions path;Based on the availability of data,this paper regards a-share listed enterprises as the research objects,which occupy the majority of transnational m & a enterprises.At the same time,there are A large number of listed enterprises,which are easy to study.This paper sorts out the transnational merger and acquisition policies from the dimensions of supervision,protection and promotion,and applies comparative analysis and theoretical basis to analyze how the government influences the transnational merger and acquisition of enterprises based on different function channels,and analyzes the policies in specific cases.Finally,on the basis of the summary of the problem,put forward targeted recommendations.Through the study of policy perspective,this paper studies the cross-border m & a of a-share listed enterprises in China,and has the following results: first,it sorts out and summarizes the history of cross-border m & a in China,and analyzes its evolution process in terms of policy;Second,this paper based its policy analysis on the dimensions of supervision,promotion and protection,and pointed out that the current regulatory policies were being relaxed from strict to relaxed,and gradually improved in terms of protection and promotion.Finally,through some problems in the implementation of cross-border mergers and acquisitions in China,some improvement measures are put forward. |
