In 2016,Ma Yun put forward the concept of "new retail formats " at the meeting of Yun Xi.In recent years,with the continuous rise and expansion of new retail formats,enterprises are facing changes and challenges.We must take full advantage of the role of human resources training to give full play to the initiative of employees so as to adapt to the changes in retail formats.The retail chain enterprises in China have made continuous efforts in the process of adapting to the new retail format from the traditional retail format,and the business model has changed from the traditional offline channel to the combination of online and offline.As a representative of retail enterprises,chain cosmetics companies are also adapting to this change,taking advantage of the opportunities of new retail formats and changing their management concepts and business models.At the same time,it is imperative to use enterprise training to promote enterprise change,change training concepts and training methods,give full play to the positive role of enterprise human resources,and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.In practice,continuous adjustment and optimization will bring sustainable development for enterprises to adapt to the changing retail pattern.Firstly,this paper sorted out the literature related to new retail and enterprise training,and inquired about the content of new retail and enterprise training at home and abroad through the literature.Secondly,it analyzed and investigated the current situation of chain cosmetics W company,focusing on the concept of training,training planning,training pertinence,training organization,training methods,training evaluation transformation and so on.In the face of the existing problems in the currentnew retail format,the paper finally puts forward the optimization strategy of the training of retail chain cosmetics W company by using the new retail wheel and human resources related training theory as the theoretical basis.Strategies can help W company improve its overall training organization operation efficiency and training quality,truly realize the strategic goal of promoting W company's core competitiveness from training concept planning to training organization implementation,help the company adapt to the new retail format,fully enhance the initiative of employees,make use of the greatest role of human resources to promote organizational change,and realize the enhancement of W company's core competitiveness.Provide guarantee for talent training optimization of chain cosmetics W company.The research on the training of retail cosmetics W company is based on the market reform of the new retail format and belongs to the retail chain enterprises.The research can supplement and enrich the training of new retail format and chain enterprises.The research in this paper can also provide reference for similar enterprises in the market,so as to better promote zero.The sustainable and healthy development of the sales industry and even the local regional economy can provide reference.
