With the further deepening of reform in China at this stage,SMEs can not only improve enterprise performance through control or management at present and in the future,but also should stimulate each employee's initiative and self-management consciousness.The formulation and continuous optimization of enterprise incentive mechanism will become an important way to empower employees and enterprises.This paper takes Shanghai H Information Company as an example,and deeply analyses the optimization strategy of the incentive mechanism of the company.Through optimizing the salary and welfare system of different positions,building a scientific performance appraisal system design,improving the staff promotion and long-term development mechanism,and establishing a people-oriented differential incentive platform to create a complete incentive mechanism for enterprises.This paper is divided into seven parts: The first part is the introduction part,which mainly elaborates the background and significance of the topic,the views and views of scholars at home and abroad on the incentive mechanism,and puts forward the research framework and content.The second part is the theoretical basis of incentive model.It elaborates several basic theories used in this paper,such as expectation theory,equity theory and so on.The third part is mainly about the internal and external environment analysis of Shanghai H Information Company.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and causes of the incentive mechanism.It makes a detailed analysis of the problems and causes of the incentive mechanism combined with questionnaires and interviews.The fifth part is the optimization strategy of the incentive mechanism of Shanghai H Information Company,aiming at the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of H Information Company,it is optimized from four aspects.The sixth part is the implementation measures of incentive mechanism.Firstly,the implementation plan is discussed from four aspects.Secondly,the implementation guarantee is demonstrated from four aspects: personnel,technology,capital and continuous optimization.The seventh part is the conclusion,which summarizes the whole paper from two aspects: the shortcomings of the research and the prospects for the future.By analyzing the existing problems andoptimization scheme of H company's incentive status,we can provide the experience for the company and other similar enterprises to learn from.
