With the advent of information age and the development of economy, competition betweendifferent regions and different industries grows fast. Talent has become an important factor in the development of enterprises. In order to attract the best talent and improve human resource management level, we must continue to build and improve their own incentives. This thesis selects DH HeadhunterCompany as the analysis target to investigate this problem.Through data collection, and in-depth analysis of the company’s incentive system and mechanism, the thesis points out the main problems existing in the company. In addition, by considering the specific circumstances of the DH, the thesisproposed the corresponding solution strategies so as to improve the company’s incentive management level, build the incentive framework and rules suitable for enterprise development, and improve human resource management level. At the same time, the construction of incentive system will be useful to improve the attractiveness for talent, enhance their sense of identity for the enterprise, improve their working efficiency, and finally enhance the overall strength of the enterprise.The thesis includes five chapters, and it is organized as follows. Chapter One gives a brief introduction of the development history of the headhunter business, and the DH Headhunter Company’s fundamental profile, including the basic situation of its incentive system. Chapter Two introduces several mainstream incentive theories, and conducts an in-depth discussion on the DH Company’s fundamental goal and main principles in incentive mechanism reforming. Chapter Three analyzes the current problems existing in the DH company’s incentive mechanism. Through literature survey and investigation, the primary problems existing in the company’ incentive mechanism are summarized, which include salary structure, bonus allocation, assessing system, etc. Chapter Four proposes the corresponding reforming strategies with regards to the current problems existing in the DH company’s incentive mechanism, and the basic goal and solutions of incentive reforming are established. Based on the analysis result, it is pointed out that two aspects should be considered in the DH company’s incentive mechanism reforming, namely, economic incentive rules and non-economic incentive rules. Chapter Five summaries the work presented in this thesis, and gives further discussion on some detailed problems.
