The rapid development of economy also promotes the development of domestic service industry.According to the data released by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce,the total business income of domestic service industry reached 576.2 billion yuan in 2018,an increase of 27.9% over the same period last year.It is expected that the scale of domestic service industry will reach trillion in2021,and the number of domestic service employees will exceed 28 million,and continue to grow.However,the development quality of domestic service industry has not fully kept up with the development speed.The small,scattered and weak characteristics of domestic service enterprises are obvious,and the level of standardization,informationization and intensification needs to be improved.The educational level and comprehensive quality of domestic service workers are low,the supply of middle and high-end domestic service workers is insufficient,and the quality of domestic service can not meet the growing consumer demand of the people.In response to the main points and difficulties in industrial development,the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Promoting the Quality and Expansion of Home Economics Services in 2019,putting forward 10 important tasks to achieve high-quality development of Home Economics Services.In this context,how to seize the opportunity and improve the quality and capacity of domestic service industry,the key factor is "people".Human resources as the main products of domestic service enterprises,only by improving the quality of human resources supply of domestic service enterprises,can we achieve the goal of improving the quality and capacity of domestic service industry.Taking the domestic service enterprises in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei as an example,this paper aims to start with four types of domestic service enterprises: employee system,quasi employee system,intermediary system and training school,finds out the main obstacle factors that affect the supply quality of human resources of different types of domestic service enterprises,so as to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the quality of human resource supply of domestic service enterprises.This paper combs the system evaluation theory and human resource supply chain theory,defines the related concepts of domestic service enterprises and human resource supply quality,based on the literature analysis and the previous research results of the research group,the evaluation index system of human resource supply quality of domesticservice enterprises is constructed from four dimensions of acquisition,development,allocation and feedback,through the questionnaire survey on the management personnel of domestic service enterprises,the data is collected,and TOPSIS method and obstacle degree model are used to evaluate the quality of human resources supply of domestic service enterprises and analyze the main obstacle factors.According to the analysis results and SWOT analysis method,the paper analyzes the internal advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and challenges of domestic service enterprises,and on the basis of macro and micro level,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the supply quality of human resources in domestic service enterprises.
