With the improvement of people's living standard,the competition of supermarkets for all kinds of fresh agricultural products is gradually increasing.Because fresh agricultural products have the characteristics of random demand,short shelf life and easy to deteriorate,the purchasing process is relatively complex.Under the premise of ensuring the quality of fresh agricultural products,reasonable purchasing decision has become the most important competitive means of supermarkets.Firstly,this dissertation introduces the background and research significance of fresh agricultural products purchase decision,and summarizes the relevant theories and methods of fresh agricultural products purchase.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of a supermarket's purchase decision-making.According to the characteristics of A supermarket's purchase decision-making,based on the SWOT analysis method,this dissertation points out the problems that A supermarket does not pay too much attention to the product quality and cannot form a good cooperation relationship when selecting suppliers.Then,the method to determine the ordering quantity is unreasonable,which leads to the income of supermarket A is decreases.This dissertation mainly studies the supplier selection method and product ordering model of supermarket A,so as to increase the profits of supermarket.1)Based on the analysis of the characteristics of fresh agricultural products and the shortage of existing supplier selection methods,the loss rate in the process of transportation and sales is regarded as a random variable.Then,the mathematical expectation and variance are regarded as the composite quantitative indexes of random variables.The concept of generalized expectation value is put forward.The supplier selection model of fresh agricultural products based on generalized expectation value is established;Then the validity of the model is verified by the management data of some vegetables in supermarket A.The experimental results show that the supplier selection model based on generalized expectation value can simply integrate the uncertainty awareness into the decision-making process,which enriches the existing decision-making methods to a certain extent.2)Based on the analysis of the characteristics of fresh agricultural products and the shortcomings of the existing ordering model,the loss rate in the distribution process is regarded as a random variable.Then,the mathematical expectation and variance are regarded as the composite quantitative indexes of the random variables.The concept of generalized expectation value is proposed,and the ordering model of fresh agricultural products based on generalized expectation value(FAPOM-GE)is established;Then,combined with the specific cases,the newsboy model is compared with other improved models to verify the credibility of FAPOM-GE.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that FAPOM-GE has a good interpretability,and it can simply integrate the awareness of uncertainty processing into the solution process,which enriches the existing decision-making methods to a certain extent.
