Chongqing Southerly Transport Corridor(CSTC)is a New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor under background of the Belt and Road,and the ChinaSingapore(Chongqing)Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity(CCI).Since its regular operation in September 2017,CSTC has been facing series problems of cargo integration between upstream and downstream,such as insufficient,unbalanced and unstable.So,on the basis of summarizing the relevant research at home and abroad,this paper uses expert brainstorming method and critical success factor judgment matrix,successfully identifies and extracts four key factors affecting the CSTC by calculation,namely logistics cost,logistics efficiency,service experience and market competition.Then,based on above four key factors,this paper analyzes methods of cargo resource integration,and considers that the breakthrough point of cargo integration in CSTC is to excavate and cultivate an accurate,sustainable,stable and sufficient "incremental market" of cargo,and explores and puts forward seven type potential incremental markets,such as stock upgrading,policyoriented,channel function,international direct route,international transfer,cold chain consumption and industrial investment.Finally,Focusing on the breakthroughs in the cargo integration of CSTC,this paper also summarizes the eight cargo integration strategies in CSTC,namely,logistics cluster strategy,overseas warehouse distribution strategy,international trading platform strategy,international industrial chain strategy,policy depression magnetic attraction strategy,"Internet + Logistics" strategy,international shipowners integration strategy and logistics equipment technology innovation strategy.
