With the vigorous development of China's economy,international trade has become increasingly frequent,"import and export declaration" as the core link of international trade supply chain management,plays an irreplaceable important role.The development level of customs declaration industry directly affects the smoothness of import and export trade,and is closely related to the development level of national economy.All these are particularly important for China in the period of economic transition.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the development strategy of customs declaration enterprises.In recent years,our government has implemented a series of new laws and regulations in order to deepen the reform.The customs clearance process for import and export of goods has been sorted out again,the original customs declaration supervision model has been re-planned,and the customs declaration industry is in an unprecedented transition period.In addition,the domestic and foreign economic environment has undergone tremendous changes over the years,and the survival and development of customs declaration enterprises are facing new opportunities.And challenges.Faced with the changes in the competitive environment of the industry,where should small and medium-sized customs declaration enterprises go?How to formulate enterprise development strategy?This is the value of this paper.Starting from the actual business situation of Tianjin ST Customs Declaration Co.,Ltd.,this paper,through the analysis and study of the problems faced in the actual business and the internal and external environment,finally formulates the development strategy which is in line with its own characteristics.This paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter,through literature research and analysis,the development status and trends of the customs declaration industry are briefly analyzed and summarized,and the paper research content and ideas are briefly described.In the second chapter,the concept of customs declaration,management concepts,the concept of fourth party logistics and other related theories are summarized.The third chapter introduces the development of ST company,including business content,business scale and profit level.Combined with the internal and external environment of the company,the PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force model are used to analyze the system,and the existing problems and their causes are pointed out.In the fourth chapter,we use SWOT analysis to match the company's superior resources,layout the core business,and formulate the development strategy.The fifth chapter,combined with the company's development strategy,puts forward specific solutions to the possible problems in the process of strategy implementation from three aspects of implementation countermeasures,implementation approaches and safeguards to ensure the effectiveness of strategy implementation.Chapter 6 summarizes the conclusions of this paper,and makes a positive outlook for the future research on the combination of the customs declaration industry and the fourth party logistics,with a view to this paper under the current situation for the development of small and medium-sized customs declaration companies to play a practical guiding role.
