With the rapid involvement of science and technology and the increasingly fierce competition in the market,innovation ability has become an important indicator to measure the comprehensive strength of an enterprise.As the main body of the market,the importance of customers' involevment in new product involvement,design and improvement is attracting more and more attention.Customer needs are increasingly personalized and differentiated.Many customers not only pay attention to the function of the product itself,but also pay attention to the service and customer experience related to the product.In order to meet customer needs in time and give full play to the role of customers as common value creators,more and more enterprises regard customer involevment as an important source of competitive advantage.Through the review of relevant literatures,different scholars have different understandings of customer involvement research.Based on the existing literature,the customer involvement studied in this paper refers to the whole process in which customers actively participate in the development or improvement of new products through information exchange between customers and customers and between customers and enterprises,and how to fully integrate and apply the skills,capital,information and knowledge of customers.Moreover,xinhua group is taken as a sample to explore the involvement of customers in the design and development of high-tech industry.In this way,other enterprises can not only collect and learn the development ideas and the growth process of enterprises,but also make their own enterprises develop to a higher level.First of all,the paper from xin hua group in the design of the optical lens of high and new technology industry present situation,through the study of literature,theoretical model building,questionnaire survey and analysis of the customer,then formulate customer involvement in design process,the feasibility of the conclusion:the customer involvement in the design is suitable for application in the knowledge intensive and customer needs has obvious differentiation of xin hua group.What is new in this paper is that the current researches on relevant customer involevment generally only consider how enterprises develop according to customer needs,ignoring the important role of r&d engineers in cooperative production.On the other hand,the general research mainly studies the impact of customer involevment on performance and enterprise competitive advantage,while this paper studies the formulation of customer involevment in design process and the role of engineers in customer involevment in design.Finally,this paper focuses on the feasibility and formulation of customer involvement in the design process.
