Optimization of human resource allocation in enterprises has always been one of the important contents of human resource management.There are many problems in Y group,such as unreasonable human resource structure,labor surplus and low labor efficiency,which are affected by historical,social,and traditional factors,etc.How to realize the optimal allocation of human resources,optimize and adjust the structure of human resources is of great practical significance for Y group to maintain healthy and sustainable development.Y group is in the critical period of personnel system reform,it's urgently required to improve the level of intensive management of human resources,tap the potential of human resources stock and solve the structural contradiction of employment.How to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees through effective incentive means,study the systematic and standardized optimization of human resource allocation,establish a long-term mechanism of market-oriented operation of human resource allocation and optimization,and inject vitality into the reform of personnel system of Y group is one of the important issues for the human resource managers of Y group.Y group has experienced several stages in the optimization of human resource allocation since around 2000,which includes increasing efficiency by downsizing payrolls,applying five fixations model in resource management,implementing personnel distribution and resettlement in structural adjustment.It laid a sound foundation for the further development of Y group's personnel system reform.However,from the perspective of implementation effect,there a few issues remaining.The relevant supporting mechanism is not perfect and systematic.The enthusiasm of the company and employees to "move and go out" is low.It is yet sufficient to support the Y group's reform goal that employment is flexible between hire and fire,salary is flexible between rise and fall,cadres are flexible between top and base.This paper is based on the domestic and foreign studies of the human resource allocation optimization theory,and the reference of the human resource allocation optimization experience from similar domestic enterprises.Benefit oriented,on the basis of the current situation of human resources in Y group,strengthening the diagnosis and analysis of human resources problems.On the basis of optimizing the structure of human resources,this paper studies and improves the supporting mechanism of optimizing the allocation of labor employment,achieves the goal of improving the efficiency of human resources use,and provides theoretical support for the reform of the personnel system of Y group.
