Enterprise annuity is an important supplement to the national basic endowment insurance system and a major pillar of the social insurance system.It is sometimes referred to as supplementary pension insurance,occupational pension,and private pension.As an important part of the enterprise's salary and welfare security system,enterprise annuity plays a vital role in better implementing the human resource strategy,serving the overall development strategy of the enterprise,attracting and retaining core employees and enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise.The power grid enterprise has carried out this work in depth from the era of supplementary pension insurance.With the evolution of the national enterprise annuity policy,it has also experienced several changes in the enterprise enterprise annuity.The characteristics of power grid enterprises are the large number of employees and the complicated forms of employment.At the same time,the proportion of retirees has increased year by year.The amount of enterprise annuity funds is large and affects the vital interests of many employees.How to make full use of the annuity distribution tool outside the wage system,form effective incentives for core key employees,and at the same time take into account the interests of various groups,give full play to the incentives,guarantees and constraints of enterprise annuity,and the enterprise annuity system.The design work presents a higher challenge.However,large state-owned enterprises have deep concern about the specific management of enterprise annuity due to the concerns about the risks existing in the enterprise annuity entrusting agent system.How to balance the internal decision-making and market-oriented operation of enterprise annuity affairs is also worth deepening.The subject of research.In this context,this paper analyzes the concept and function of enterprise annuity,the theory of relevant economics,the principle of enterprise annuity design and operation,and the development history of Chinese and foreign enterprise annuities,and then the development history and existence of enterprise annuity in F provinces.In-depth analysis of the problem,in view of the company's current enterprise annuity system for the core backbone personnel,high-performance output personnel incentives and the enterprise annuity to the retirement group security function is not sufficient,according to the enterprise human resources management objectives,the use of deferred payment And management theory such as expectation theory,etc.,and put forward suggestions and suggestions for improvement of enterprise annuity management in F provinces.Introduce a variety of elements in the enterprise annuity distribution,comprehensively consider the core backbone employees,rooted front-line employees,high-performance output employees,and finally propose to optimize the enterprise annuity internal management decision-making model to improve the efficiency of enterprise annuity operations.
