Research On Optimization Of Reverse Supply Chain Operation Mode Base On Cost-Benefit Analysis

The transformation and development of manufacturing industry greatly promotes the speed of product upgrading.While creating great wealth,the increasing amount of waste products gradually attracts the attention of society and enterprises,and the research and encouragement of reverse supply chain also emerge at the right moment.Efficient reverse supply chain management can not only reduce the loss caused by returns for enterprises,but also establish a good image of green enterprises with environmental protection responsibilities.How to manage the reverse supply chain efficiently without increasing the unaffordable cost and make the reverse supply chain not only become the "image ambassador" of the enterprise,but also become the "sharp edge" of the enterprise to reduce the overall supply chain cost has become one of the most important goals of reverse supply chain management.Taking Dell China as a case study object and basing on the theory of supply chain management,this paper use cost-benefit analysis method to comb the reverse supply chain net recovery of three disposition channel respectively,mining and exploring the existing problems and causes of operating mode.With full implementation of the improved scheme like optimizing purchasing mode and changing the partner,then able to create efficient reverse supply chain and enhance the overall goal of net income.The research results show that as long as a suitable operation mode is designed in combination with the enterprise's own environment,financial impact analysis is done under the framework of"cost-benefit",and operation efficiency is effectively monitored,the reverse supply chain will help enterprises gain advantages in the fierce commercial competition.
