With the development of social economy,the competition between modern enterprises is more and more the competition of talents.Recruitment is indispensable for enterprises to obtain excellent talents.In order to effectively recruit talents,enterprises need to choose recruitment channels that meet their recruitment needs.Reasonable selection of recruitment channels can introduce excellent talents for enterprises and improve the quality and quantity of talents.Therefore,optimization of recruitment channels is of great significance to enterprises.FLP company is a foreign wholly-owned enterprise dedicated to medical and health technology,which is representative in the industry.According to the company's medical sales personnel recruitment channels in the past three years,it was found that FLP company's medical sales personnel recruitment channels were mainly acquaintances recommendation and traditional online recruitment,which could not meet the needs of the enterprise's strategic transformation and development in reality.Through interviews and questionnaires,it is further concluded that the recruitment channels of medical sales personnel in FLP company mainly have four problems: low transparency of internal recommendation,low use of internal competition,high cost of campus recruitment and low professionalism of headhunting suppliers.The main reasons for the problems are: imperfect internal recommendation process,lack of internal competition mechanism,lack of campus recruitment budget control,lack of normative and scientific selection process of headhunting suppliers.The objective of FLP's medical sales personnel recruitment channel optimization is to improve the matching degree between the recruited staff and the positions to be hired,serve the company's strategic transformation,and establish a standardized recruitment channel scheme.The optimization measures include: improving the internal recommendation process,modifying the internal recommendation recruitment information release process,and ensuring the openness and transparency of information release.Formulate internal competition scheme to make up for the lack of internal competition mechanism.Establish cooperation with third-partyrecruitment websites,increase douyin and live broadcast recruitment channels,and ensure that fresh graduates can obtain corporate recruitment information through multiple channels.Make campus recruitment budget plan,fill the shortage of campus recruitment budget plan,control the cost of campus recruitment.Formulate the management method of headhunting recruitment channels,standardize the selection process of headhunting suppliers,control the qualifications of headhunting and improve the professionalism of headhunting.To ensure medical FLP company sales staff recruitment channels optimization scheme effective implementation,from the perspective of personnel security is put forward to form a special recruitment team and strengthen the recruiter training measures,from the perspective of organizational guarantee put forward establish a optimization measures of the project team and the human resources work,from the perspective of institutional guarantee Suggestions to consummate the recruitment system and safeguard system of recruitment implementation safeguard measures,put forward from the aspects of cultural security measures internal mobilization and attaches great importance to the external publicity.The research results are scientific and operable to some extent,and have a certain practical value for the establishment of standardized recruitment channels for medical sales personnel of FLP Company,and can bring some reference and inspiration to relevant industries and groups.
