State-owned enterprises(soes)are the lifeblood of China's national economy,and they have carried out long-term exploration and many reforms in employment mode.However,in the increasingly fierce market competition,the existing employment model still has many problems.For this reason,it is imperative to optimize the employment mode of Z electric power engineering company,which is also a state-owned enterprise.Based on the in-depth analysis of the current situation and problems of Z electric power engineering company's current employment mode,this paper proposes the corresponding optimization strategy.The existing main employment modes of Z electric power engineering company are long-term contract workers,labor dispatch workers and loan workers.Various employment modes have different problems in daily management and enterprise development.Among them,the problems existing in the long-term contract workers are mainly that the employees in this employment model are not aggressive in the work process,the mentality of "no merit,but no fault" is obvious,and there are many old workers,which increases the burden of the enterprise.The main problem of the employment mode of labor dispatch is that the employment mode has high legal risk,which is easy to cause labor disputes.The salary of the same position is far from that of the long-term contract workers,the work enthusiasm is low,and the overall promotion space is limited,which leads to the high dimission rate of these employees.The main problems in the employment mode of loaned-out workers are the complex composition,uneven educational level,difficult management,and the salary level is calculated on a daily basis,which makes it impossible to form a reasonable incentive mechanism.Aiming at the above problems,the thesis puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy from the following aspects.Carry out the adjustment of the organizational structure,enhance the mobility of the internal staff,expand thepromotion channels,so that the staff can "up and down";Break down the status barrier,focus on solving the problems of job transfer and employment,make some labor dispatching personnel see the hope,further improve the enthusiasm of work;Adjust the salary structure,essentially change the salary model of the connection between salary and posts and ranks,take the salary assessment based on the work quality and efficiency,and improve the overall salary fairness.Strengthen the training of the company's personnel to provide a level playing field.Finally,the optimization strategy is implemented from the aspects of organizational structure,promotion space,salary level,training popularity,etc.,so as to achieve the purpose of optimization of employment mode.
