Nowadays,in the operation of enterprises,facing various forms of competition,we need to vigorously promote the role of performance management to ensure that enterprises are in an advantageous position.Effective performance management can scientifically manage the personnel allocation and work efficiency within the organization,greatly accelerate the development of the enterprise,and successfully accomplish the strategic objectives of the enterprise.However,compared with some foreign enterprises,the theoretical development of enterprise management in China is relatively backward,and the scientific performance management has not been really implemented.For Jiangxi A company,there are also such problems.In its specific operation management,there are no standardized performance management,many deficiencies and loopholes,many performance management problems.Therefore,based on the research conclusions of many scholars,this paper studies the optimization of performance management of Jiangxi A company.First,it introduces the theoretical basis of performance management.Secondly,introduce Jiangxi A company to analyze the current situation of its performance management,and further put forward four main problems in performance management of Jiangxi A company;and then further analyze the causes of these problems one by one and systematically.Then,on the premise of defining the optimization principles and objectives,the paper puts forward four levels of performance management optimization programs,namely:improving the basic work of performance management implementation;improving the performance management program;optimizing the performance management system;attaching importance to the application of performance management results.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance management optimization program of Jiangxi A company,the specific safeguard measures are put forward from the four levels of culture,human resources,system and communication.
