China's economy is undergoing a period of rapid development with rapid transformation.In order to accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure and further deepen enterprise reform,more and more enterprises have carried out performance management to develop corporate strategies and enhance comprehensive strength.As a cross-industry limited liability company,Company B operates accommodation,travel agency,hardware and realtor,etc.It is transformed from originally a state-owned enterprise.This article takes B company performance management practice as the research object.Firstly,it draws the article from the background meaning of the topic.Then it expounds the concept,content and method of performance management.Then apply relevant theories and methods,detailing the current performance management system of Company B,and finding out the problems in the performance management process through questionnaires,such as the disconnection between performance management and strategic objectives,the lack of performance communication,the low satisfaction of performance assessment fairness,and single means of performance feedback,etc.Under the guidance of the problem management concept,we identify and analyze the causes of the problems.Based on the strategy of the enterprise,we design a strategy-based enterprise performance management model.Combined with the BSC and the KPI method,proposing improvement suggestions from four aspects of performance management,and optimize the company's performance management system to enhance the company's comprehensive strength.
