Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of QT Company Based On EVA

In the current market environment where competition is extremely fierce,more and more enterprises are facing more challenges,not only from the pressure of the owners,but also between enterprises.Therefore,the performance evaluation of enterprises is particularly important.At present,the performance evaluation of most small and medium-size enterprises in China still values profits,ignoring the cost of capital,and the cost of capital will affect corporate value and shareholders' wealth.Among the many performance evaluation systems,the EVA performance evaluation method stands out and is generally concerned by enterprises.In large companies in foreign and domestic corporations,EVA performance evaluation methods have been matured.The performance evaluation method is based on the maximization of enterprise value and the maximization of shareholders' wealth,and measures the evaluation methods of enterprise performance and business results,making the evaluation mechanism of the enterprise more scientific and accurate.In view of the special "buyers' market" and "bad one pays two" phenomena of the industry in which QT company is located,and QT company is in the stage of expanding the scale,focusing on innovation and increasing production,the paper uses QT company as case to study and build a performance evaluation system based on EVA.This paper takes QT's industry and the characteristic of its development as the background,and uses EVA-related theories as the basis to carefully analyzes QT's current performance evaluation system and finds that it is subsistent to use traditional indicators to evaluate financial performance,such as revenue and profit etc.After introducing the necessity of EVA,the AHP-based performance evaluation system suitable for QT company is constructed and is applied to QT company.It is found through research that QT company should pay attention to the introduction of talents to improve the creativity;attach importance to the training of employees to improve the quality qualification rate of products;introduce EVA performance evaluation system and is rooted in the employee' minds and focus on the long-term benefits to improve the business performance for the top management.Based on the EVA performance evaluation system of QT company,it can more truly reflect the operating results and financial status of QT company,and can provide advice and suggestions for the company's operation.And it is very suitable for auto parts manufacturing companies in the industry where QT company is located.
