Based on the perspective of the entrepreneurial team,this article takes entrepreneurial team members as the main research object to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial identity,entrepreneurial team leadership behavior,team communication,and psychological contract,and establishes an impact system of the entrepreneurial team psychological contract On the one hand,the study uses entrepreneurial identity and entrepreneurial team leadership behavior as independent variables,and psychological contract as the dependent variable to explore the relationship between the two.On the other hand,it uses team communication as an intermediary variable to test the mediating role of team communication.The research methods in this paper mainly include content analysis,questionnaire survey and structural equation analysis.Firstly,by reading the relevant literature,put forward theoretical models and research hypotheses;secondly,collect relevant data through questionnaires,and finally analyze the data through structural equations.The relevant conclusions are:(1)entrepreneurial identity has a positive impact on team communication,psychological contract and its three dimensions;(2)entrepreneurial team leadership behavior has a positive impact on team communication,psychological contract and its three dimensions;(3)Team communication has a positive impact on psychological contract and its three dimensions;(4)Team communication is between entrepreneurial identity and psychological contract and its three dimensions,entrepreneurial team leadership behavior and psychological contract and its three dimensions Dimensions play an intermediary role.The theoretical contributions of this research are:(1)The theoretical system of entrepreneurial identity,team communication,leadership behavior and psychological contract of the entrepreneurial team is systematically constructed.(2)Using entrepreneurial identity as an independent variable to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial identity and psychological contract,which enriches the relevant theories of entrepreneurial identity to a certain extent.(3)The research on psychological contract has been enriched and the system of influencing factors of psychological contract has been expanded.(4)It verified the mediating role of team communication in entrepreneurial identity on psychological contract,entrepreneurial team leadership behavior and psychological contract,and laid the foundation for subsequent research.According to the research results,put forward the following practical suggestions to the entrepreneurial team:(1)Further enhance the team members' entrepreneurial identity and give full play to their enthusiasm.(2)The team should adopt appropriate leadership behaviors for different periods.(3)Communicate well within the team.Team communication is not only communication between team members,but also communication between team members and superiors.(4)Pay attention to the needs of members in a timely manner,sign psychological contracts and update them in a timely manner to improve members' sense of belonging.In different development periods of the team,the requirements of the team on members and the requirements of members on the team are constantly changing.The team should pay attention to the status of the members in a timely manner and listen to the demands and expectations of the members.At the same time,the team should also communicate the expectations to the members and reach an agreement on the formation of a psychological contract.
