Research On The Operation Of Yiwu E-commerce Cross-border Trade

With the rapid development of network and information technology, the enterprise organization and the market is undergoing a huge e-commerce technological change, and bear the brunt of the cross-border trade activities in the innovation. From perspective of foreign trade situation, enterprise has the inevitability of developing e-commerce cross-border trade. From perspective of Chinese government support policies, enterprise has opportunities to develop e-commerce cross-border trade. E-commerce with infinite potential can provide the rich online communication, the real logistics warehousing information and the quick payment. Today, Yiwu traditional foreign trade advantage is not obvious and it has majority of small and medium-sized enterprises. So, accelerating the development of e-commerce cross-border trade is quite necessary. Research on the operation of Yiwu e-commerce cross-border trade has great significance in transformation upgrading of enterprise, and it has great application prospect.In recent years, international scholars researched the influence on e-commerce cross-border trade to the enterprise, the relationship of e-commerce and Yiwu market transition in the background of application of e-commerce, and achieved some results. However, researches on gathered in problems existing in the operation of e-commerce cross-border trade and how to solve are less, the literature on logistics, customs clearance, payment, tax rebates is more rare. This paper analyzes problems existing in Yiwu e-commerce cross-border trade operation process based on the Yiwu e-commerce cross-border trade operation situation. But, how to solve these problems is the emphasis and difficulty of the operation in e-commerce cross-border trade. This paper can bring experience for related enterprises, relevant industry, thus it has certain research value and practical value.First of all, it illustrates Yiwu e-commerce cross-border trade operation situation in detail from the aspects of e-commerce cross-border trade situation and e-commerce cross-border trade operation process. Secondly, it analysis problems existing in Yiwu e-commerce cross-border trade. This part of the study concluded that logistics, customs clearance, payment, tax rebates are main problems in the operation process in Yiwu e-commerce cross-border trade. Finally, through combining the shortage of the existing pattern of logistics, customs clearance, payment, tax rebates, and investigating the basis of root cause, the paper put forward countermeasures to make Yiwu e-commerce cross-border trade operate effectivly. Such as establishing the third-party logistics enterprise model, improving customs clearance efficiency and the regulation of cross-border third-party payment platform, using the way of "Listing checking & Releasing, Declaration collecting” to handle export tax rebates. It aims to offer reference to the further development of enterprise e-commerce cross-border trade.
