Study On Logistics Efficiency And Its Influential Factors Of Small And Medium Cross-border E-commerce Enterprises

In recent years,Cross-border E-commerce,an emerging trade approach based on the Internet,has increasingly shown prosperity and development.Compared with traditional trade methods,Cross-border E-commerce is playing an increasingly significant role in China's foreign trade with its advantages of convenience,efficiency,choice,and multidimensional openness.More and more small and medium-sized e-commerce companies have stepped into the Cross-border E-commerce industry.Gradually become an important force to promote China's economic and trade growth,Cross-border E-commerce is increasingly becoming an important means for SMEs to grow and grow.As we all know,Cross-border E-commerce is a trade method that integrates logistics,information flow,capital flow,and business flow.In its business process,information flow,capital flow,and even business flow can all be accomplished through the uniqueness of the Internet.Only the operation of logistics must be achieved through specific transportation tools and logistics facilities.Therefore,in the Cross-border E-commerce business operations of enterprises,cross-border logistics is in a critical position,and has become a key factor in determining the success of Cross-border E-commerce development.Therefore,this article focuses on small and medium-sized Cross-border E-commerce companies to study the logistics efficiency of small and medium-sized Cross-border C-commerce companies.This study uses a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research to first analyze the impact mechanism between Cross-border E-commerce logistics efficiency and logistics model selection,and clarify the relationship between logistics efficiency and logistics model choice.Then,on the basis of theoretical analysis,an evaluation index system model for the logistics efficiency of small and medium-sized Cross-border E-commerce was constructed,and related research hypotheses on the factors affecting logistics efficiency were proposed.The research scale was designed based on the results of previous studies and the effectiveness of the questionnaire was investigated through sample surveys.Degree,reliability analysis,and confirmatory factor analysis test the rationality of the evaluation index system of logistics efficiency.The binary logistic model was used to verify the hypothesis of the influencing factors of logistics efficiency to analyze the influencing factors of the logistics efficiency of small and medium-sized Cross-border E-commerce companies.Through empirical analysis of 212 valid questionnaires,the main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The Cross-border E-commerce logistics efficiency and the choice of logistics model influence each other.The factors affecting the choice of cross-border logistics model directly affect the level of logistics efficiency,and the level of logistics efficiency in turn will constrain the integrated selection of logistics models by small and medium-sized Crossborder E-commerce companies.When small and medium-sized Cross-border C-commerce companies choose the cross-border logistics model,comprehensive consideration will be given to factors such as logistics costs,transportation effectiveness,safety performance,and information level.(2)The article constructs an evaluation index system for logistics efficiency of medium and small-scale Cross-border C-commerce from the aspects of logistics cost,logistics service quality,and cross-border customs clearance efficiency.This index system has passed the reliability validity test and confirmatory factor test.Therefore,the establishment of this indicator system has certain scientific and practical values.As for the evaluation of the logistics efficiency of small and medium-sized Cross-border E-commerce companies,we must consider three factors: logistics costs,logistics service quality,and cross-border customs clearance efficiency,and strive to achieve a balance between them.(3)Logistics cost and logistics service quality are not only the key evaluation indicators of the logistics efficiency of small and medium-sized Cross-border E-commerce companies,but also are important factors that affect the logistics efficiency of small and medium-sized Cross-border E-commerce companies.Empirical research shows that the logistics efficiency of small and medium-sized Cross-border E-commerce companies is mainly affected by the comprehensive logistics risk,logistics cost factors,policy environment factors,and logistics transportation cycle.Among them,there is a strong positive correlation between policy environment factors and logistics efficiency.There is a strong negative correlation between logistics comprehensive risk and logistics cost factors and Cross-border E-commerce logistics efficiency.In addition,the hypothesis of the relationship between logistics cycle and logistics efficiency has not been empirically verified,which shows that the impact relationship between the two is not obvious.
