Research On Income Influence Of Farmers Developing Intangible Cultural Heritage Products Based On Propensity Score Matching Method

The year 2020 marks the 30 th anniversary of winning the battle against poverty.Influenced by natural environment,social economy,cultural and historical background,Xinjiang has become the focus of China's poverty alleviation work due to its deep and extensive poverty.In order to achieve an effective and sustainable effect of poverty alleviation and prevent the occurrence of anti-poverty situation,each region needs to make use of its own resource endowment to choose an endogenous poverty alleviation method that suits itself,so as to improve the poverty alleviation capacity of the poor population.With its unique customs,culture and natural resources,Xinjiang can take poverty alleviation through intangible cultural heritage as a way to get rid of poverty and achieve sustainable economic development.In recent years,China's relevant poverty alleviation work is entering a decisive stage.Whether the production of intangible cultural heritage can really drive the income growth of the rural population and the poor population has become an important research topic.In this paper,the villagers in Buda village,Moyu county,Hetian region,Xinjiang uygur autonomous region,who made mulberry paper for intangible cultural heritage products were taken as research samples.The research data of the whole village were used to study the impact of mulberry paper production on the household income of farmers.First of all,summarize the combed the income family and on the basis of relevant theories and research results at home and abroad,to the intangible product,the villagers' income,tend to score matching method to carry on the definition,and the integrated use of a questionnaire survey on the spot,household interview method and literature method to collect the relevant information and data of this study.Second,participate in national intangible product of farm household mulberry paper production is according to their families,and their own situation and make a choice,is the choice of process,to eliminate the selection and other factors lead to the observed heterogeneity problem,this paper using intangible products tend to score matching method empirical analysis the impact on the income of farm household is funding mulberry paper production.Finally,the influence of mulberry paper production on household income of different farmers was analyzed from the perspectives of population sample,farming,out-migrating for work,population and physical condition.The research shows that: first,taking part in mulberry paper production of intangible cultural heritage products has a significant impact on the household income of farmers.Taking part in mulberry paper production of intangible cultural heritage products can increase the household income by 27.4%~28%.Taking part in mulberry paper production of intangible cultural heritage products has a great effect on improving the household income of farmers.Second,taking part in mulberry paper production of intangible cultural heritage products has a significant impact on the family income of poor households.Taking part in mulberry paper production of intangible cultural heritage products can increase the family income of poor households by 47.4%~59.1%,which is more significant than that of non-poor households.Thirdly,the income of farming families participating in mulberry paper production of intangible cultural heritage products is higher than that of farming families not participating in mulberry paper production of intangible cultural heritage products.The effect on the income of families with migrant workers is greater;The increase effect on the income of farmers with a small population under the age of 18 is greater.The effectwas greater in the unhealthy families.This paper suggests that: make good use of the unique advantages of the intangible cultural heritage of Xinjiang uygur autonomous region;Strengthen the education skill training to peasant household;Train specialized operation personnel,let the product "go out",talent "stay";To build a development model of "tourism + intangible cultural heritage";The government should participate in the development and protection of intangible cultural heritage.
