With the rapid development of big data technology,the idea of big data is gradually interiorizing.Big data is changing people's way of life,business operation mode and even government governance with an irresistible momentum.As a great help to the scientization and democratization of decision-making,think tanks play an increasingly important role in government's decision-making,following the trend of big data development,many local governments have set up big data management bureau to guide the development of regional big data.Think tanks provide decision support information,and the generation of decision support information in think tanks requires corresponding technical support.Big data technology includes the frontier technology think tanks required,which is exactly the correspondence between them.Big data will be the focus of think tanks in the future.At the same time,think tanks will also be an important field of big data technology practice and development.This thesis takes the technology service system of big data decision support information assurance of think tanks as the research object,and systematically studies how to build it to ensure that think tanks can produce high-quality decision support results by combining advanced experience in relevant fields in China and abroad.In this thesis,the two development areas of the national strategic level,'think tanks' and 'big data' as the background,explained the relevant concepts and characteristics of think tanks and big data,through the organic combination of both,and concludes the concept and characteristic of big data-think tanks,and then explains the concept of the technology service system of big data decision support information assurance of think tanks.Then illustrates the necessity and feasibility of construction of the system,and the main content and the mechanism of interaction between the elements of it.Then,this thesis sorted out the development status in China and abroad,obtained three aspects of useful experience:solid material basis,good operation mechanism,use and develop advanced technical means,for the following specific construction methods to provide inspiration and analyzed the existing problems at the same time.The construction scheme of the technology service system of big data decision support information assurance of think tanks is the core content of big data think tank.The basic idea is based on the production process of intellectual products of think tanks.In the face of different links of the production process,the specific focus is on the construction of four interrelated but relatively independent subsystems:Big data basic support service platform,big data flow data real-time dynamic analysis system,big data technology analysis tools and big data visualization display system,these for part are used for systematically construction the technology service system of big data decision support information assurance of think tanks.In the last part of this thesis,put forward the specific measures of construction according to the needs of the technology service system of big data decision support information assurance of think tanks.Firstly,external support should be provided from three aspects of big data awareness,policy support and financial support in the external environment.The second,from the internal system guarantee level,to improve the talent management system and financial management system for the think tank internal guarantee.Then comes the level of data resource management,which optimizes the data management mode from formulating data collection rules,improving data use efficiency and strengthening data security measures.Finally,in terms of technical support,it is necessary to develop data collection and sorting means,constantly improve data analysis techniques and optimize visual presentation methods to enrich technical methods.
