Jinggangshan tourism development corporation is a state-owned tourism enterprise,and its management mode is still in the old state-owned enterprise management mode,namely monopolistic,and its internal management is very loose,which conflicts with the operation mechanism of market economy in the tourism industry.It is manifested in the unclear division of the company's power,the company's dependence on operation and management,the imperfect operation and management supervision mechanism,and the company still adopts the employment system of state-owned enterprises in personnel distribution,which greatly restricts the initiative,enthusiasm and creativity of cadres and employees.All these phenomena seriously hindered the development of the company,but the company wanted to promote the reform of the system resistance is very big.Through research,it is found that jinggangshan tourism development corporation is now in a critical period of great market opportunities and strict challenges.In this critical period,how to find a breakthrough and explore a new path for the company has become an urgent key problem.This paper adopts literature research,case analysis,and using the baud five model and PEST method for the analysis of the external environment and internal environment,through the jinggangshan tourism corporation's environment,such as politics,economy,society,science and technology to conduct a comprehensive analysis,and through the questionnaire survey on the spot random access to the local farmers.The existing problems and the influencing reasons of jinggangshan tourism development head office are studied,and effective countermeasures are formulated to advocate the development of jinggangshan tourism development head office in the future: follow the red concept,coordinate the common development of economy and environment;Starting from the management mode,create the quality management system;Starting from the brand strategy,pay attention to the sustainable development of scenic spots.
