Accompanied by the consumption changes in the tourism industry in 2019,the development of this good car in the scenic spot has strong momentum and full horsepower.Jinggangshan Scenic Area receives more than 18 million tourists every year,and can grow by more than 10% every year.This is closely related to the unique political,ecological and red resources advantages of Jinggangshan Scenic Area,and is inseparable from the deep promotion of tourism development in Jinggangshan Scenic Area.However,in this era of mass tourism,all scenic spots are calling for "all-round tourism",such as detoxification tour,poor tour,pioneering tour and creative tour emerge in endlessly,which stimulates and forces the strategic managers of scenic spots to seek new changes and breakthroughs.Although Jinggangshan Scenic Spot's tourism answer is excellent,we should face it squarely.Beautiful data does not represent sustainable development.Especially in the environment of ticket economy transformation and upgrading,tourism revenue can not only rely on ticket revenue,but also rely on industry economy.However,whether it is eco-tourism,rural tourism,folk-custom tourism or red tourism,Jinggangshan scenic spot is becoming more and more replaceable,and tourism brand personality is becoming more and more similar.For consumers,even if it is leading the red tourism in the whole country,Jinggangshan is no longer an irreplaceable scenic spot or has to be chosen.Faced with the fierce competition in the market,lack of participation in tourism products,innovation,slow development of Intelligent Tourism and other issues,how should the strategic managers of Jinggangshan Scenic Area cope? Flying against the wind is the real eagle,standing bravely at the head of the tide is the big man.Tourism development strategy of scenic spots urgently needs a shuffle adjustment,reorganization,which has become the key choice and inevitable path to solve the problem.The following research is based on the perspective of Jinggangshan Scenic Area Manager,taking the tourism development of Jinggangshan Scenic Area as the research target,and using SWOT method to analyze the external opportunities and threats,the internal advantages and disadvantages of Jinggangshan Scenic Area.Based on this,the tourism development strategy of Jinggangshan Scenic Area is determined by QSPM method,and measures to support the implementation of the strategy are put forward.Development has certain practical significance.
