With the Chinese economy deeply integrated into the global market,more and more Chinese enterprises started their own global businesses.As one of the key industries,equipment manufacturing industry in China has got great progress.However,it is big-but-weak,for years of homogenous competition and lack of high-end technology,the internal market competition of China's equipment manufacturing industry is more and more fierce.In the global market,it mainly relies on lower price instead of high competitivity in the field of high-end manufacturing.Under such background,Chinese government put forward the "Belt&Road"initiative to break out the original boundaries of different countries,tie-up all their strategies for development,explore the potential market,promote the investment and consumption,and create demanding and employment.Chinese enterprises are also encouraged to actively play in the global market,to link up capitals and advanced technology in infrastructure projects and huge demands for equipment in it.Setting SZ group as an example,the paper reviews its early experience of "going globally" practice and analyzes its internal and external environment,the existing problems,weaknesses and challenges.Combining with the characteristics of machinery manufacturing industry and SZ Group's abilities and resources to actively follow the"Belt&Road " initiatives guidance and conduct the thorough research to the internationalization of its future layout.Adopting SWOT/PEST/GE/Boston matrix/EFE/IFE/analysis methods to determine its internationalization strategy,to make SZ a good benchmarking enterprise following "Belt&Road" initiatives,and to find breakthroughs,paths(technology export/overseas manufacturing/M&A/strategic alliance)and safeguard measures(organizational Structure/product technology/financial support/human resource/assessment policy/cross-cultural exchanges).I hope the case of SZ will provide one of the best examples for Chinese manufacturing industry's"going globally" for international market and strategic layout in the "Belt&Road"regions.
