According to the overall plan of China(Hainan)Pilot Free Trade Zone,it's clearly stated that the development of tourism,modern service industry as the three leading industry.Due to the advantages of the Pilot Free Trade Zone,more and more high quality resources will be attracted and invested in Hainan Island.As the only tropical coastal resort city in China,Sanya is the most concentrated area of five-star resort hotel and its numbers is still continued to grow.The competition in Sanya hotel is stiff and all the hotel are facing a new round reshuffle.More and more companies realized that human resource development is a key way to business development,and talent cultivation is the foundation for ensuring sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,analyze the situation and the authentic needs of the enterprise objectively,integrate the training and business needs closely,raise the staff's performance,Built the talent development engine through a series of training programs for different levels of personnel to realize the self-healing of the enterprise talents.It is the problem that every company need to face.This article takes Horizon Resort&Spa as a case study of the single private five-star resort hotel,following the research steps of asking questions?analyzing problems?solving problems,aiming at optimizing the hotel training system and providing talent supply for hotel development.Uses the questionnaire method,interviewing method,field method,literature reading etc.to analyze the internal and external condition of Horizon Resort&Spa,the difference of training system between the international and local hotel,learn the excellent training experience from international brand hotels.Analyzing the main problems in training needs analysis,training plan,training implementation and training evaluation by the authentic data of Horizon Resort&Spa.Make a summary of training problems of hotel,including insufficient training needs analysis and training plan,low conversion training results,lack of training evaluation mechanisms,and inadequate training management.Set up a fit training system through optimization program.Use the three-level training needs analysis method to optimize the training needs analysis,foeus on the optimization of training course system in training plan,and the training results during the training implementation,built up the training evaluation process and training management system in line with the actual situation of the hotel.Proposes that safeguard measures to ensure the continuous operation of the training system from the aspects of training fund,human resources service's backup,training organization construction,training hardware facilities improved,and strengthening learning atmosphere at the last chapter.It's worth to mention that Horizon Resort&Spa has the most flexible personnel structure including mass outsource personnel and intern which all need to contained in the overall training system.In combination with the actual business needs,establish training courses through development management path and the professional path,eonduct a more detailed analysis and implementation of the training evaluation,create hotel's earnings growth.
