Interest rate liberalization,rapid development of Internet finance,continuous innovation of financial instruments and increasingly fierce competition among Banks pose new challenges to products and services of commercial Banks.As the main body of rural financial institutions,rural commercial Banks take serving "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",small and medium-sized enterprises and individual businesses as the main mission.For a long time,rural commercial Banks mainly rely on interest margin as the main source of income.With the development of society,people's demand for financial products and quality services keeps increasing.The development of intermediary business can not only bring new vitality to rural commercial Banks,but also is the main way for them to expand new profit sources.It has become an urgent task for the development of rural commercial Banks to explore new development models and focus on developing intermediary business to enhance market competitiveness.Taking TJ rural commercial bank as an example,this paper analyzes the finaneial statements of TJ rural commercial bank in the past three years and finds that while its operating income is increasing,the risks brought by non-performing loans are also increasing year by year,and the development of intermediate business is still in the initial stage.Combined with TJ bank intermediary business situation design related questionnaire,through the questionnaire investigation and detailed analysis of which the main problems of the business,and based on the results of the survey together with the present situation of trade development and financial aspects of the Intermet detailed analysis the cause of its development lags behind,the talented person lack,science and technology input,product and marketing strategy is the main internal reason,quickly seize market competition,the Iiternet financial affairs is the main external cause.Through internal and external environment analysis combined with SWOT analysis,the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of carrying out intermediary business of TJ rural commercial bank are summarized.TJ rural commercial bank's intermediary business has broad development space in the local market,and to a certain extent,the development of intermediary business will bring benefits to its business model,income structure and other aspects.Finally,according to the current situation of TJ rural commercial bank's intermediary business,it puts forward corresponding development countermeasures in the aspects of concept,product and marketing strategy,talent and assessment mechanism,financial model and other internal and external aspects,so as to point out the direction and bring ideas for TJ rural commercial bank to develop its intermediary business.
