The rapid development of Internet technology has,to a large extent,changed the traditional management model of the business community,creating new challenges for the survival and development of enterprises.Under this background,enterprises must lay a solid talent guarantee for their own development through the transformation of human resource management to meet customers' more diversified and convenient services.Therefore,this article takes X Company as an example to study the transformation of “Internet+” enterprise human resource management,and focuses on the following aspects of research work.Based on the analysis of the research status at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the research ideas in combination with the research background.Firstly,it outlines the related concepts of “Internet +”,“Internet +” enterprises and “Internet + Tourism”,which provides a theoretical basis for the study of the enterprise human resource management "Internet +" transformation.Secondly,this paper analyzes the problems highlighted by the traditional enterprise human resource management mode in the era of rapid Internet development and the impact of “Internet +” on human resources of enterprises,and the difference between "Internet +" enterprise human resource management and traditional enterprises,it is considered that transformation is very necessary.Therefore,it is proposed that X company should have a traditional tourism company to transform into an "Internet +" tourism enterprise.Then,taking X company as an example,this paper expounds the status quo of human resources management of X company,analyzes the problems and causes of it,and provides a realistic basis for the research on the "Internet +" transformation of human resources management of enterprises.Then,using questionnaires and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)to obtain the influence factors of X enterprise human resource management "Internet +" transformation and the importance of each factor.Finally,based on the current situation of X company and AHP results,the design and safeguard measures of the enterprise human resource management “Internet+” transformation plan are constructed.This paper also analyzes the challenges of the lack of talent supply chain,the conflict between culture and Internet thinking,and the coordination between human capital and monetary capital in the process of transformation.Based on this,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Through this study,we can help Company X discover the problems in its human resources management model.According to the requirements of the development of the Internet age,we propose corresponding "Internet + enterprise" human resources management transformation measures,which has certain theoretical value and practical reference significance.
