Research On Risk Management In Private Equity Crowdfunding

This paper studies the risk identification,analysis and management of Internet private equity crowd-funding platform,takes a private equity crowd-funding platform as an example for analysis,comprehensively USES the crowd-funding theory,private equity characteristics and analytic hierarchy process for specific evaluation,and proposes the risk avoidance measures of the private equity crowd-funding platform.Firstly,this paper discusses the development of private equity crowdfunding in China,proposes the importance and significance of private equity crowdfunding risk aversion,summarizes and analyzes the development process and typical characteristics of private equity crowdfunding platform through the research status at home and abroad,and on this basis establishes the research objectives and research methods of this paper.Then,by reviewing the existing literature,the literature related to crowdfunding and equity-based crowdfunding management is studied as the theoretical basis of this paper.Then,in a private equity raise website platform for the specific research object,this paper research platform the operating process,characteristics,using expert scoring method,analytic hierarchy process(ahp)comprehensive evaluation for the risk of the platform,and then from the viewpoints of investor,Taipei and issuer strive to improve the platform risk under the current operating conditions.Finally,it points out the significance of total risk management principle in the risk management system design of a private equity crowdfunding platform,and discusses some risk management systems and measures to analyze and avoid the risks analyzed by a private equity crowdfunding platform.
