During the process of management,enterprises often adopt talent outsourcing mode,which can help them solve the problem of inadequate staff to some extent,but if the enterprises rely too much on talent outsourcing services,other management risks may arise.In order to know talent outsourcing management objectively and thoroughly and explore rational ways of talent outsourcing in companies,this paper,based on literature research,takes NR Company as a specific case and adopts the interview method to carry out a study on the current situation of talent outsourcing in NR Company and its management optimization countermeasures.The study finds that the company has improved quantity of professional talents,reduced talent management costs,and enhanced human resources management quality by adopting talent outsourcing.However,there still exist some actual problems,including disconnection between the outsourced talents and the company's actual demand for talents,talent supply chain breaks,and human resource management cost transferred to production cost,and unstable human resources,all these problems may cause the effect of talents outsourcing to deviate from what the company expected,worse still,the possible risks may spread from human resource management to other fields,such as financial and operational ones.The reasons of the problems are mainly due to ignorance of the initiative of talents outsourcing and the interaction with the outsourcing providers,lack of risk management in the talent outsourcing and ability assessment of the outsourced talents.To solve the above-mentioned problems and optimize the management of talents outsourcing,NR Company should proposes to formulate a clear talent outsourcing process,develop standards for assessing outsourced talents,implement risk assessment and prevention mechanism of the employment of outsourced talents,strengthen the overall internal training optimization strategies for employees according to the development strategies,the organizational structure and current management ability of the company.The research findings indicate that talent outsourcing is like a coin that has two sides.it requires enterprises to distinguish advantages and disadvantages of employing outsourced talents and to adopt effective management to avoid potential disadvantages,while enterprises should strive to learn from relevant successful experience,optimize it and then improve their management system,working environment and corporate cultures in the later management,which is expected to help maximize the benefits of overall management abilities and strengthen their core competitiveness.
