Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Poverty Alleviation Industry Projects In Hekou District,Dongying City

Since the 18 th national congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC central committee has given priority to poverty alleviation and development in its governance.The development of poverty alleviation industrial projects is an important form of blood donation poverty alleviation,an important way to promote the development of regional economy in poverty,and an important way to help the poor people to increase their income and get rich.It has gradually been paid attention to by the government and all sectors of society.In recent years,poverty alleviation industrial projects have become the focus of scholars' research.Hekou district of dongying city is located in the forefront of the Yellow River delta and the hinterland of shengli oilfield.It has jurisdiction over 3 towns and 2 sub-district offices,covering an area of 2,365 square kilometers with a total population of about 290,000.As the forefront of the core city implementing the yellow and blue national strategy and the hinterland supporting area of dongying port,hekou district has unique geographical advantages,port advantages,ecological advantages and abundant natural resources such as land,tidal flat,oil and gas,salt and brine.In poverty crucial battle,estuary give full play to the "a" and strategic advantages,seriously implement the central and provincial and municipal deployment requirements for poverty alleviation and development work,in poverty alleviation and practice innovation and bold exploration industry,create a lot of experience and practice with local characteristics,explore a wide variety of poverty alleviation project development mode.However,with the continuous deepening of poverty alleviation work,some deep-seated contradictions and problems in the development of the poverty alleviation industrial project in hekou district have gradually emerged,which need to be studied carefully and countermeasures should be studied to solve.In the research process,the background,significance,current situation,relevant theoretical basis and related concepts of poverty alleviation industrial projects are briefly introduced and sorted out.Secondly,through the check data,interviews and other research methods,from the view of area conditions,development background,the rural population,especially the ruralpoverty population,the poverty alleviation work progress and the current state of industry development has carried on the investigation and study,and through analyzing the present situation of the estuary,points out that the estuary poverty alleviation project of industry project structure,a single industry project decisions high difficulty and problems such as nonstandard operation.Finally,through in-depth summarize the successful experience of domestic poverty alleviation projects,from cement industry project development foundation,advocates the diversification of industry project management,further perfect the supervision and administration of project examination and approval mechanism,completes the poor education and development,the article put forward opinions and Suggestions to the development of estuary poverty alleviation projects,hope to dongying city estuary especially similar regional poverty alleviation projects and improve the work to provide some reference and help.
